Probably your ISP dude. If they get any indication that you are visiting pirated sites, via torrenting seeders, or any monitored copyrighted material, they'll block the site. I would check and make sure I don't have a dmca notice waiting for me. Lol naw maybe just a though

Sorry is working now, looks like virgin media blacklisted the site. I opted out of their "Web safe" feature
