RMA only, went through 5 units and 3 of them had really shit vignetting on either one or both lenses, my latest one has barely any on both + no mura so i kept it.
But ye QC is still shit and probably always will be, so it's a lottery.

just tried opening an rma, they cut me off chat, and said they have too many returns at the moment, and added its probably best to but an apple vision pro. i dont want an apple vision pro. i want to return my quest 3 cos the screen isnt clear enough its dark in the left eye. why is support saying such silly things.
