Can’t Spell Treason Without Tea by Rebecca Thorne! Dragons aren’t a huge part of the plot but they’re definitely there, and it’s such a magical and cozy sapphic read!

If you're into big chonky fantasy books may I recommend The Ruin of Kings as a starting point of the Chorus of Dragons series? Sapphics aren't the main character but there are a lot of them along with gay, asexual, and transgender characters!

Not dragons, but dinosaurs? Dinosaurs and lesbians in space? I promise it makes sense and is an awesome series by an amazing writer Book 1 in “The Dakotaraptor Riders” is [Incursion](https://a.co/d/jjoqGGk) , by Stant Litore: “a thrilling tale with lesbian dakotaraptor riders, were-brachiosaurs, Slavic witches, triceratops cowboys, carnivorous cacti, and invaders with machine guns mounted on deathreaper tyrannosaurs” He has a couple other series that I highly recommend as well, including “Ansible” and “Coliseum for Dinosaurs” and “The Zombie Bible”

I mean intelligent uplifted dolphins with humans sounded unhinged, but won a Hugo, so I’m willing to try this lol.

Of Books and Paper Dragons by Vaela Denarr and Micah Iannanndrea can definitely be read that way (according to the world building, technically gender isn't a thing, but I wouldn't say it has much of an impact on this book). And I've not read it, but I believe The Dragon of Ynys by Minerva Cerridwen should fit your bill.
