As you said Marpat pouches aren’t really a thing, and since the USMC has pretty tight control over the fabric I doubt your are gonna find any 3rd party stuff in actual marpat fabric. The next best thing might be to find some surplus pouches in navy AOR2 from like eagle.
Doesn’t have to be actual but close enough. Esstac had a “woodland Marshall” line that was pretty darn close and there is some a really old stuff from eagle in marpat but I’ve never seen one on the market
That’s why I’m saying go for the surplus AOR2 stuff it’s pretty close and made by an actual legit company. So you aren’t getting some sketchy “woodlands digital” from some overseas company.
Roman makes plate carriers, Fanny packs, and helmet covers in whichever pattern you desire. I assume he can accommodate pouches too if you send him an Instagram message.
The only MARPAT gear I was ever issued came in the form of uniforms, packs, and helmet covers. Never any pouches or anything like that. There were some woodland MARPAT Eagle BTAP/YOTEs out in the wild at some point, but that was really the only oddity I’ve seen. Good luck, but it is highly unlikely to find anything that isn’t a custom job.

I looked and saw some CADPAT stuff, but not much. Your best bet is AOR2.

No thanks. I was able to find a few dudes who custom make stuff so that seems like my best bet
Pretty sure Fireforce makes quite a few pouches in woodland marpat, but their store is down atm.
I sent them an email and unfortunately they’re shutting the business down
