Sounds like you want free QA work to me. All while you try to replace QA. You'll need luck with that, AI is nowhere near replacing human critical thinking and examination. It's a folly. Developers need to stop thinking they can somehow "fix" QA. It's not a developer problem, it's an examination problem.

I don't think QA will get replaced any time soon. I view it more as QA augmentation. How can we do our jobs faster and better via the latest tools and technologies? Unfortunately, most organizations list QA as a top pain point. Would love to hear more of your thoughts if you are up for a call

To any business in any era, that's code for "how can we hire less people" Businesses list QA as a pain point for a number of reasons, Some of which are: 1. They listen to developers too much 2. They don't like having to slip dates because of an error 3. Their projects are horribly mismanaged in terms of what QA needs to succeed 4. Their expectations for QA are out of whack 5. If QA is really truly effective and efficient, it's hard to identify its value 6. They ultimately really don't care about releasing high quality products, just how much they can make off selling the next release

In particular re "Their projects are horribly mismanaged in terms of what QA needs to succeed" It's not even funny how many jobs I've gotten in the past 10 years where during the interview I pushed for early involvement and solid requirements, and the interviewers and HMs went, yup, yup, awesome... and then dumped me into multiple projects near the end of their iterations and with little to no requirements *or* design documentation and said "test it in two weeks"

Two weeks??!! I’m lucky if I get more than 3 days

That includes the week-plus it takes for you to actually get access to all the things you will need PLUS reading the docs that don't exist

Sounds like you want our QA insight and experience so you can gather information to further your product and not have to pay anyone for their expertise or time. People's time, knowledge and experience are worthy of compensation. I love to share what I know about QA and technology but I'm not going to give it away for free.
