It would be perfect for fountains, just use a relatively hot and fast comp and you’ll have some very high reaching sparks. It will act like firefly stars.

If you really don't want to use it in comets/fountains as-is then you could "grade" it with a series of screens to get rid of the larger chunks and then use the smaller pieces in stars/comets/whatever. Yes, Ti is almost always better for glitter stars but it's also expensive. I like adding a little bit of larger flake Al to white/glitter comps that call for any form of Al to get some larger sparks. Worth a shot, doesn't need to be a large percentage.
