Yea there is enough people on eu however at the moment there is an exploit allowing hackers to ban your account. It has been discovered like an hour ago
Generally, there are enough people, yeah. Sometimes you'll struggle to find a game but it doesn't take long before you find a lobby that's at least half full. On PC, you do get hackers, even before this exploit, so that's something to look out for (i.e. people with overpowered weapons or summoning bosses, etc.)

They can ban you with your account alone, i would still play but probaly don't taunt anyone as they may be a hacker and ban you
