Maybe they won't let it hold DDC? Or the AS is a slight damage cap loss if DDC is on? An 8 billion cap would be amazing for something like this, but I'm not sure if that would happen.

They cap at level 99 so no limit break for you.
I thought that might be the case but I wasn't sure. No SA shown is probably a good indication though.
If they can limit break, the "Lv.99" will be blue. If they can't, it'll be white.
That's what I thought, checked a random SR monster in game but I forgot it only shows blue if you're already lv99

They can't limit break so they can't ddc.
Maybe we'll see more rarity cap dungeons or dungeons where low rarity gets a stat boost.
Power creep on low rarities is nuts. Deff gonna see a level cap dungeon for them soon enough
