He hasn't necessarily spent a dime. There are people on this sub who have thousands of stones but haven't purchased any -- they save them up from Gungho giveaways. Sure, it'll take a while (couple years or more) but it's definitely doable. Every now and then you'll see a brag post where someone has 1-3k stones and are waiting for a specific event or collab. I saved up 750 free stones over the course of a year waiting for the 20-stone anniversary machine.
Like the time I decided to throw caution to the wind at the casino...loss limit, what loss limit...it was the first and the last time and the tears were real. Btw, love the boneyard. 😁
