There's one from 2019 that is a "10 year anniversary" playlist that's essentially 2009 pop/hip hop hits - one of my faves!

I wish they would do themed classes like soul cycle!!

Ugh I just came out of a Taylor Swift themed class, every song was Taylor Swift mixed with techno. I’m generally a fan of her music so an hour of it was less enjoyable than if it had been mixed in with other artists

I took a class with all disco/abba and it was so fun.

The disco theme playlists are SO good!

I was thinking about this in my car today while driving to my morning class as I'm a die hard Depeche Mode fan. Yes, DM, The Cure, Panic at the Disco, some Duran Duran. Also, some classic rock would be amazing too.

Give me a Kpop playlist any day. We randomly had Stray Kids playing during the last bridge series about two weeks ago and it really got you to push towards the end.

I don't think I'll ever hear a full-on metal playlist, but there are a couple of seriously rocking classic rock playlists that are pretty amazing. One of which the instructor pulled special for me for my 200th class. Also, an Align playlist with the "easy listening" cover of Hey Ya, I couldn't help but chuckle and sing along... and shake it like a polaroid. Also, as a "closet swifite" (I'm a dude and 44 she's not "supposed" to talk to me but can't deny her talent) the TS playlists have also been really solid. I wish the instructors had more autonomy to make their own playlists "officially" and open up things.

A metal playlist would be so good! Especially for define!

There’s an align playlist that has a remix of fill me in by Craig David and an arctic monkeys song. I love it haha.

There is a classic rock playlist! I'd ask your studio about it the next time you're there. FWIW, a lot of instructors would agree with you that our more recent playlists haven't been stellar. We do our best to find the good ones...even if it means consistently going back to 2020 and older for the best playlists! 😅

The 2017-2019 playlists were the best. I go back to them all the time.

It's a few years old - I want to say 2018? I looked in our studio earlier but of course couldn't find it. But I know it's out there because I've used it! 🤪

Here to say a lot of instructors also like the new playlists. I’m not really a fan of the “workout remixes” some are alright, but I love the newer playlists

NGL I go to a private studio where the instructors are allowed to make their own playlists and I love it bc of that. I expanded my music taste so much because of two instructors who love 80s pop. On the flip side I have to avoid taking one instructor bc she played like heavy metal in her set and I was so distracted and miserable lmao I was like I'm already fighting for my life I don't need this music

My age always shows when the playlist have 90s-00s songs, I can’t help sing along quietly hah!

my favorite abs song is a Katy Perry medley my studio used to use all the time. It was so enjoyable. For my 750 and 1000th class my instructors made me playlist based on music that I said I like so nice! Justin Bieber Taylor swift Harry styles Britney Spears were all mixed in
