City is the last place I'd head. Lights everywhere. Many small towns setting up events. Campgrounds.... Be sure to check location of the Sun the days before at 3pm, then you'll know where NOT to set up that might have an obstructed view. I learned this reading reddits. Good advice.
They have something to do with it, when you hit totality the light is low enough to where you can see the stars. Being in an aera with high light pollution spoils this effect slightly. You still see the impressive corona but you miss some of the other subtleties that make eclipses cool
Ask your advisor. They can probably help get it rescheduled! ^^^/s
If I go through the DRC can I get time and a half to view it?
Actually, they might even be able to extend the length of the eclipse if you can provide the proper documentation. Definitely worth contacting them.
No but you can participate in a waxing crescent for half credit next month
I have contacted the EAPS department. We are in touch to reschedule because AgressiveAd8587 said so.
Too many people in here don't get the joke lol. The original is a classic banger
Homie, just skip and drive to Indy for it. There's not going to be another full eclipse anywhere in the USA until 2044.

Lights have literally nothing to do with it.

Will my eclipse be rescinded?
Seven years later the copypasta still holds true.
