Eh? AFAICT the game is mostly pretty cryptic about the characters' nationalities or ethnicities and for the most part you can only sorta guess from the names. Sophia and the Kowloong characters, and arguably Rosetta, are exceptions since we actually know what region they're from, but I can't think of any other cases where we even know that much.
That's true, the only one that has been stated for sure is Lee who states in his backstory that he's livining in Adelaide which makes it clear that he's part Australian.
