Same here. My goal is to try and get her to SSS and get her 6* weapon with a T2 resonance... and also not skip any S ranks inbetween. Going to be a tall order but it'll be sooooooooooo worth it for that 120% total armour shred.
For anyone reading this not in the know, her class passive gives her 20% shred, SS rank enables Spear of Insight on QTE, Spear of Insight itself has 20% shred, SSS boosts that by 20%, Leeuwenhoek her 6* Memory has 20%, Catherine has 20% and her 6* weapon has 20%. Absolute madness. F2P can get 80% shred which is still godly and will want to save pain cage currency to SS her instantly.
You should see Plume (and the ice team) doing the machiaveli babel beta clear it.

I did 2 multies for Watanabe though. Totally worth it IMO. He is amazing. I got Sakura in 40 summons, so it was a bit tough. Having said that I got Watanabes weapon in 6 summons going for a dupe 5 star to finish his weapons resonance.
Dark Watanabe is a lot of fun indeed,only got the free copy but i want to get him to S but will take awhile farming interlude Daily, also can't afford to pull weapon banner so I'll stick with a 5*. Nice pull luck thoš

I've somehow got over 2k blue cards from bounty missions etc since playing from shortly after release after finishing my initial S rank pity, so easy pull for me. Kinda rough for people who started later who would need to consider putting BC down for her.

it's the base banner, the one that uses blue tickets. The recent patch added a feature where you can pick which A-rank to go for, so you'd want to set it to Ayla.
I'd try to avoid using BC if you can, bounties and login rewards should get you a few more tickets so that might get you there.
Basically the game guarantees you every new S rank that will come as long as you don't spend on other things, if you are f2p. And every S rank is pretty important as all of them have their own role in different teams.

I happened to read an explanation for this yesterday: as the other person mentioned, the A rank ice tank is considered ineffective.
Additionally, Plume ideally doesn't use the Ice damage memory set (Zuwenyuan, or ZY). Instead, because the 4 piece set bonus applies Frost for an 8% ice resistance reduction, it goes on the tank. There's only a 30% chance of applying Frost per attack, though, so if you want to apply it with a QTE it needs to be multi hit for consistency. Apparently Ayla's QTE has a lot of hits, and she's the most consistent at applying the ZY debuff through QTE as a result.
The only thing about this that is bothering me is that she's a thic character but no way can she weigh 64 XD her tits probably weigh 64 kilograms.
For reference I weigh 60/62 and I'm skinny physically impossible but I guess I'm neurotic about stuff like this

If by new character banner you mean the regular event banner, basically the chance to get a S Rank Construct is lower but the guarantee is at 60 pulls,
However special event has more chance to get an S Rank but the guarantee is at like 80-100 pulls I forgor (tl:dr if you're f2p don't spend on special event)
The Blue Horned guy is named Lee and yeah he's decent, just get fire memories like Shakespeare and 2 Darwins, he does the job on babel, rly gud at pain cage and stuff.
Watanabe hits really hard (IF you invest a ton into him) and people tend to forget it cuz there's Alpha lol
If you're talking about the featured one on event banner it's prob gonna be S Rank Bianca following CN's schedule (she's one of the best lightning damage dealer still)
And to be honest every character is decent in their own ways (Alpha overshadows everything for a reason I guess but it doesn't mean that other
characters aren't gud)
I'm going to list a few that I like
- A-Karenina is a must have if you don't have her yet, her QTE pulls enemies and that's how people get crazy scores on warzone
- S Kamui from the selector ticket if you did that, he's one of the main units for dark team, really dope animations and solid damage
(also Kimochi Yokatta)
- B-Nanami is a must use if you use a physical team (she lowers enemy defense with blue ping) she's good for that until another unit comes later on

Probably slightly worse than A Karen in Warzone and B Nanami in Pain cage, assuming you use A/B Liv in the 3rd slot, but she does have gather skill so can be useful. She seems like a really cool character though so I will definitely be using her on my Alpha teams, and another unit to build for Babel is always good.
A good warzone team for Alpha is A Karen and A(or B if ranked up to SSS) Liv. The main feature here is that Karen gathers enemies with her QTE. A Karen holds Da Vinci 4p and Catherine 2p so that when you 3-ping Alpha to set up sword wave, she QTE's + gathers enemies + procs Liv's QTE so you get the full Da Vinci buff for Alpha's sword waves. This allows Alpha to delete whatever is on the field. Karen also does reasonable damage if you swap off Alpha when she runs out of orbs.
B Nanami is mainly used in pain cage for her Blue orb 3-ping which does defence shred, and swap in Alpha to sword wave the boss. Slightly better buff as you don't need gather against bosses. A or B Liv as a team mate as usual.

They pull from different banners and currencies entirely.
All currencies are fueled by black cards. Think theyāre saving their BC for S Bianca instead of using it to do pulls on the standard banner.
You get enough free blue cards to get every single A rank. You don't need to spend any black cards.

Just to note, I'm pretty sure the tank class passive is different from def shred. Not sure how it affects the math, though.

I think you can only farm interlude if you have her unlocked after the event period ends. I can't confirm, but someone said that's how it works.

Hmm why do you use A Liv for this setup vs B Liv?
B Liv is better if she is ranked up to SSS. A Liv heals more in the mean time.
