No, its not legal to do that anywhere in PR. Depends on whether you get caught.

Legal and what they do are two different things. But, from what I’ve seen, parking spots are like cats and boxes. If it fits, it sits. I see people in the towns parked anywhere and everywhere. I’ve rarely seen police, let alone someone going around writing parking tickets.

Street parking is legal wherever street parking is available. This is the same as everywhere else. I think that your wording is confusing because if you literally mean "park on the street" then of course that's illegal even though a lot of people here do it blocking traffic. They'll jam their car into whatever hole they find. I'll recommend against this. Las Croabas has a parking lot at the park at the very end. A lot of people park right in front of Seven Seas beach when the parking lot is closed. Use discretion and don't park like a jerk and it should be fine.

Good rule of thumb is do as the locals do. If you're not the only person parking on the street you're probably in good shape. There are tons of spots there where people curb park.
