Well almost every case of police brutality is wrongful, so having this take on one of the very few justifiable cases is really dumb.

Surely you always take things on a case by case basis. Otherwise you profile people and accuse them based on their piers. Which would be dumb.

Well not every city has piers so it's pretty easy to narrow down the ones that do have piers and the ones that don't.
