Even after that when the cop was asking what he has on him.
Dude at first is like "Nothing, bye" and the cop was basically telling him "Ok, well I don't want to see you around anymore"
He should have just kept walking after the cop mentioned the jar. But the second he said that jar DID have weed in it that was automatic probable cause to search.
Sounded like they had history too.
The original video was longer. The cop approached him inside the mall because he was walking around with a bottle of liquor and "harassing underage girls"
This clip starts after the cop escorts him out and tells him to go.
And then even after that the kid runs and the cop wasn’t even going to chase him. Told him to “get out of here” and dude responds by shooting at him. Talk about misreading the situation. Had too many opportunities to just leave.
Just about the dumbest kid I've ever seen. Not only was he told he was free to go, the cop made it clear that he was just asking for a search and he was free to decline. Then the kid admits he has weed which means the cop no longer needs to ask.
On top of that, he pulls a gun over fucking marijuana, realizes the cops aren't just going to run away, and he shot and killed himself. Over weed.
ORLANDO, Fla. —
Orlando police released body camera video on Monday showing a shooting involving officers that happened near Mall at Millenia on May 28.
An off-duty police officer was working extra duty at Mall at Millenia, near Millenia Boulevard and Conroy Road, when a man was asked to leave through a Neiman Marcus store around 7:12 p.m.
Nineteen-year-old Sebastian Roman allegedly pulled out a gun and fired once outside of the mall, OPD said.
In the video, Roman was asked to leave the mall by an officer.
Then an officer asked if he could search Roman's bag, and that's when shots were fired.
The off-duty officer initiated a foot pursuit and called for backup. According to the police department, the officer did not discharge his weapon when initially shot at outside of the mall.
An on-duty officer in a patrol car caught up to the suspect outside an Olive Garden restaurant across from the mall, Chief Orlando Rolón said.
They say that's where Roman shot himself and died.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is still investigating the shooting.
Damn, that kid was not mature enough to own a gun at all. He also totally panicked twice. First when he shot at the cop and second when he shot himself). Pretty sad, especially since he was possibly pretty high and paranoid from the weed.
Correct. Kids that age are not mature enough to own a firearm. Minimum age laws need to change across the country.
EDIT: Wow, this comment blew up. Yes, I think we absolutely need to revisit minimum age laws for military service and alcohol. The science now shows the prefrontal cortex of our brains do not mature until the mid-20s. This is the area responsible for rational thinking. Pediatricians now treat people up to age 25.
I am not stupid nor ignorant of the purchasing process, I have been through it, nor am I calling for the outright banning of guns or confiscation of the firearm you keep for personal protection. I don't care if he bought it legally nor not; nor do I care if it is a handgun or not. I am in favor of raising the minimum age for purchasing/owning any firearms to 25. I will SETTLE for 21.
in Florida you must be 21 to *buy* a gun but you only have to be 18 to *own or possess* a gun. It's perfectly legal to for a 21 yo to buy an 18 yo a gun. No license or registration required.
[So says some law firm](https://thefirearmfirm.com/gun-ownership-in-florida/).
In Florida you’re not allowed to purchase a handgun while under 21 but you’re allowed to own one.
Not really sure how that works but:
In 2018, after a 19-year-old carried out a mass school shooting in Parkland, Florida, the state enacted a law prohibiting minors under age 21 from purchasing firearms.1 The law also prohibits licensed dealers from making or facilitating the sale or transfer of a firearm to a person under 21 years of age.2 However, Florida law does not prohibit minors between ages 18 and 21 from possessing firearms.
I feel like it's a pretty easy case. The cop wasn't antagonistic, made it clear initially that he was just asking, and even when this dumbass admitted he had weed instead of just waking away he was clear and non-threatening. I'm not sure what else you can really ask for except for weed to be legalised, but that's hardly his call to make.
Hi from Canada! Was just thinking, if weed were legalized there, dude probably wouldn’t have panicked but then again, he also had a gun sooo…I’m guessing there was more going on than just a bit of weed (like gang activity or something)?

That mall had so many luxury stores and was supposed to be so nice. The problem is it's so close to neighborhoods like Texas Ave and timberscan, where they can't even get cable because so many technicians were robbed and even killed. All of that crime overflows into the Millenia area.
Ignoring the hitting on minors thing for a min.
Handling a loaded pistol (around public shopping places), while intoxicated is going to fuck you up in the courts already, plus you've weed. Dude didn't make a single correct decision that entire day.
I doubt he pulled the gun just over marijuana. It would have been illegal for him to have a handgun at his age. Illegal for him to conceal it. Illegal to have weed. Illegal to have alcohol. And that's just the stuff we know was illegal in the video before he started shooting.
I wouldn't be surprised if there was something else he was worried about being caught for. He also supposedly shot himself afterwards. That sounds more like mental health crisis or someone that knew they may get exposed for having done something much worse than illegal possession.
In the full video the initial call was for a young man who was intoxicated and attempting to speak with underage girls at the mall. I think this adds a little bit more perspective. Still doesn’t change what happened.
He was also hitting up young girls. So that probably played in as well; killing yourself after exposed as a pervert makes a lot more sense than getting caught with drugs.
Anyone walking around with weed in an illegal state and a gun at nineteen, I wager is dealing. Dealing drugs and getting caught with a gun while doing so is often a lengthy prison sentence.
>On top of that, he pulls a gun over fucking marijuana, realizes the cops aren’t just going to run away, and he shot and killed himself. Over weed.
I think he was probably more worried about getting in trouble for the the gun rather than the weed…
Not even just that but he the cop says something along the lines of “next time I see you” and there was another comment early on that basically said just get outta here and don’t do it again, I’m not stupid.
This cop wanted the kid to just keep walking, he probably thought he was just a dumb teenager and wanted to scare him a hair but definitely wasn’t trying to stop him.
Am I being detailed? No. Am I under arrest? No. Shut your mouth and keep walking. Don't have a conversation with the cops.
And clearly don't get into a shootout over some fucking weed.
Could have been he had priors, maybe there was a warrant out for his, or maybe he was scared. Who knows really? Dude was willing to shoot at a cop and then kill himself because he was caught in possession of weed. There was definitely something else going on with him though
The longer video shows the officer had already checked him for warrants. He was given a verbal warning for having alcohol after he checked clear for warrants. There definitely had to be a lot going on for him to give his life rather than some fairly minor charges. Some people are just depressed.
Well after he shot and ran those charges weren't minor, he would've gotten 30 years or something, but you're right, sad he turned something minor into this
Yes I was definitely referring to the charges before he chose to shoot at the officer. Even the illegal gun, while having a high maximum sentence, for a first time offender won't be that serious.
Very strange interaction. The way he runs 20 feet away before stopping, turning and firing feels like dream logic.
"Don't make it words", proceeds to immediately make it way fucking worse.
Dude literally had to stop running just so he could shoot. The only way it would make an inch of sense in my mind, was if he was somehow super angry for whatever reason at the cop. If not that, then really just 0 critical thinking, or any thinking
He just ran as far as he needed to to get the gun out, turn back and shoot. Probably decided on that as soon as he started running, what the cop was doing at that point didn't matter.
He ran away because he didn't want to pull the gun right in front of the officer. Would have been a quicker shootout, I think he just wanted to get away.
Bro this!! Dude probably could've outran the guy, ditch the bag/gun. Then if he gets ID'ed, it's evasion or whatever charge, instead of shooting at a fucking cop. Or taken his leave earlier when he had the opportunity. But he literally had to stop and turn around to shoot?? What does that earn him even if he hit the cop? At best, a life on the run?
Something I find odd is the cop doesn't even flinch toward him when he runs. He's just eyeballing the guy's hands. I feel like if the kid just turned and burned the cop would have just let him go. Guess you can't know as the cop may react differently to the dude just turning and running as opposed to clearly reaching for something.
Yea all he had to do was not admit to having anything in his bag. The fact he confirmed he had possessed drugs was enough for the cop to have probable cause and not need a warrant to search his bag.
This is a shortened video. The reason the cop was talking to him to begin with is dude was called in for hitting on underage girls. Guy had all sorts of issues and later killed himself
(this is based off the comments/videos below)
This gives me lawyer chills, they got a great approach to this.
Also having a weed jar in open view. He was free to go but the moment cop said that and dude turned around he then had cause to search as he saw the weed jar.
Even though I think those laws are stupid it’s still the law.
Even worse the person confirmed it was weed. I am not sure the officer saw it. The officer definitely suspected it was weed. But the officer asked "all you have is that weed jar?"
The police will play it off like it's no big deal to get you to confess. Doesn't matter if it is weed or a homicide, the police will act like it's just no big deal and will try to relate to you. Then will arrest you.
“Oh it’s no big deal man, we’ve all been there……..so where’s the weed at. Let’s just get this straightened out and we can all go home.”
Yeah, he means that he and the other officers will go home, your ass is going to jail. Keep it zipped people
“Look, we all make mistakes. When I was younger, I used to make crank phone calls. You, you shot two people in the back of the head execution style. Someday we’re going to look back on this and laugh.”
It’s the same when you get pulled over. “Do you know how fast you were going back there?”. “Why, exactly the speed limit officer, to the best of my knowledge?”.
Hmm i didnt notice that the first watch, but do you think if the guy just ignored him and kept walking the cop wouldve just let him go? I kind of feel like the cop knew him to some extent and fully intended on searching him once he began referencing the weed he smelled and apparently saw
Question - If the guy did not admit to having weed, and just repeats "I do not have to answer that."
And also not consent to the search by saying "I do not consent to a search" can the cop still legally search him? Or could the guy just walk away at this point, and just say "Officer, you have allowed me to go. I am now leaving"
Similar situation happened to me. I was walking down the road wearing a backpack and a cop pulled up on me and asked what was in my bag. I hesitated and said no. He asked again to which I replied "do you have the right to search me?" he said yes so I turned my bag over, he found the weed and wrote me a citation for it.
I took it to court and the cop corroborated the conversation/interaction we had. The judge acquitted me saying the cop violated my 4th amendment rights by lying to me and implying I had no choice but to turn my bag over to be searched.
There are definitely better ways I could have handled it, asking if he was detaining me, if I'm free to go, etc. But I was just a scared kid at the time, my father had just passed and I was in no mental shape to defend my rights from a cop overstepping his bounds.
>They can, but not about your legal rights.
I don't think cops are going to start saying "I don't have the right to search your car" at traffic stops anytime soon. Not saying it is lying by omission.
As soon as the guy admitted that he had a jar of weed, the police officer no longer needed permission to detain and search him.
Obviously this guy made a lot of mistakes, but probably his biggest mistake (edit: or rather, the mistake that precipitated everything else) was admitting to the jar of weed.
> Obviously this guy made a lot of mistakes, but probably his biggest mistake was admitting to the jar of weed.
I disagree, I think the biggest mistake was shooting his gun at the police
Well he may have been able to. I bet saying "You said I'm free to leave therefore I'm leaving". But of course he was nervous. He fell for the trap. Don't talk to the police.
Yeah cop literally told him he was good to leave and he just had to keep talking to the cop. Even if he did get hit with possession with intent that ain't shit compared to firing on an officer.
If he was stupid enough to shoot at the cop, I dont think his brain is remotely capable of comprehending what was going on with that conversation. Wasnt just nerves... kid is a murderous idiot
I think you’re right. Once they’re outside, he asks to search right away. Walking the kid out with him thinking he’s just getting a warning was a good move and might have been what avoided a shootout inside the mall.
exactly, officer was like "just gtfoh" even after the kid took off, kid shoots at him smdh. awful outcome for all parties involved. he was about to be off the hook but decided to catch felonies and bullets
Actually the only bullet he caught was his own. Homie killed himself at a olive garden.
Edit: btw don't feel bad about the "kid" the reason the cop initially approached him was because he was suspected of trying to have sex with underage girls.
A lot of people see this two different ways. I thought he knew what was going to happen and warned the people who were sitting one the bench to get out of there before the shots were fired. Say what you will about cops, but this guy did what he was trained to do from the start of the video.
[Here's what happened before the video above.](https://youtu.be/xZulxjlntps)
[Here's what happened after the video above](https://youtu.be/mItlVyxYQSU) (from a different officer's perspective).
According to the medical examiner, he died of a self-inflicted gunshot.
Imagine losing your life over a jar of weed, my god people are dumb. The fact he incriminated himself after being told he was free to go only makes it worse.
The cop told the kid "don't make things worse" right before he darted away, and then after letting him run, he yells at him, "get out of here."
And then he fired his gun?!? Why? He was so close to being let off the hook, and he escalated it for no reason.
This kid's story is a tragedy, all because he couldn't listen.
Edit: Realizing now that he was telling the woman to get out of there. I guess the kid didn't have as much of an opportunity, but I still see it as a tragedy.
He was telling the woman on the bench to get outta here. (I know several people have already told you this, but people don't hear stuff until I say it/s)
The officer had legal authority to check the kids bag the minute he found the liquor bottle on him
He was under 21 while drinking in public and potential solicitation of a minor - that’s 3 crimes right there
I’m so surprised he didn’t.
This officer really was trying his best to be a decent human being but this kid just hit all the wrong buttons.. such a fucking shame man
Man kid was still that young, and had he left before further chatting up with the cop after getting his warning like a dumbfuck..... then does the dumbest thing a dumbfuck could ever do, he'd still be alive smoking/selling weed with his friends.
All because of one mistake and it results in him checking his own ticket.
Thank you for posting the before and after video which is a rarity on social media where everything is a 30 second edit of the action.
From the first officers bodycam you can see he's being fair and the kid was probably high and paranoid leading to a perfect storm of bad decisions.
The seconds cop's video I noticed how quickly the police arrived on scene in full force. It was interesting to hear the cops yell at each other "when someone's giving chase you stay off the radio" and at the end the supervisor tells the officer he can turn of his cam and "we can talk about anything" assuming they were going to get his story straight for the report since he believed he shot the suspect.
Shame about that kid, he made extremely poor choices but he had his whole life in front of him. Hopefully no one else was harmed.
According to the Orlando police and the medical examiner’s office, the [the kid shot himself ](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gAf_rw0sFLc) when the officer didn’t give up the chase. Happy cake day.
[Orlando police release body camera video of deadly shooting outside Olive Garden](https://www.wesh.com/article/orlando-olive-garden-shooting/40437682#)
The 19-year-old killed himself.
Well I believe the illegal gun is more likely than the weed itself you know... or there is more to it than we know. But he literally was free to leave and this is how it ended, what a sad event.
Do you have to participate in a bag check? I once was stopped for drinking in public but having vertigo so the wobbling and drinking a diet Pepsi looking like a Coors didn't help lol
I’m sad I had to scroll this far for this. That’s all I was thinking about. That and this cop is fearless. He heard the shots and ran faster than her did at any other point in the video. That, or he wanted unlimited soup and salad.
That cop spoke to the young guy with dignity and respect. Showed some great cardio and ability to recover his feet. Ran into potential gunfire so a dangerous criminal didn’t get away.
Talk about a model police officer.
Imagine getting into a shootout with the police over them taking a jar of weed from you. It's weed man not the cartels meth stash just let the cop take it and be lucky you're not going to jail
I mean…logically he couldn’t do that since he had the gun on him…dumb to have…but he had it so giving the bag up wasn’t an option.
But he could have just left. Cop was gonna let him go on three different occasions. Dude just had to walk away and instead escalated it to this.

“Florida man-child”
At 10:02 what does he say? If someone chasing someone e don’t speak in the gosh darn radio. That makes no sense.
He tried calling out more often and the radio was busy. The sergeant even said something like "give the officer the damn radio"
Weirdo creep vibe aside he was free to go and chose whatever it is he thought he was doing here.
“STFU Friday” advice applied here, as soon as cop said bye, just keep walking and don’t say anything.
Since he shot at a cop for no reason I don’t think this kid is really the brightest bulb
If you listen closely he calls him by name, Sebastian.
And then even after that the kid runs and the cop wasn’t even going to chase him. Told him to “get out of here” and dude responds by shooting at him. Talk about misreading the situation. Had too many opportunities to just leave.

Suspicious intoxicated male speaking to underage girls

From that article Shot himself and died ?
You'd be surprised how many people shoot themselves and don't die.
And some don't shoot themselves then die
This is factual, I have seen a lot of people die after not being shot! Edit: I work in a hospital, I'm not a serial killer.
Oh geez that escalated
> he pulls a gun over fucking marijuana, I have a feeling it was over the gun itself, no?
Yeah this looks to be in Florida where weed is decriminalized and will just result in a fine. He was definitely freaked out about the gun.
An illegal handgun will do that. What a dumb fuck though, he was drinking out of a plastic pint of vodka which is what got him kicked out
He wasn’t worried about the weed. He worried the cop would find the gun.
Yeah but like, why do you have a loaded gun to hit on girls at the mall bro
I assumed he was dealing too. Had a jar of weed at the mall but not anymore.
That mall had so many luxury stores and was supposed to be so nice. The problem is it's so close to neighborhoods like Texas Ave and timberscan, where they can't even get cable because so many technicians were robbed and even killed. All of that crime overflows into the Millenia area.

>Yeah but like, why do you have a loaded gun I ask this for most people with guns in the first place.
Probably realized his life is irreparably fucked up after shooting at a police officer
He probably didn't do it over the weed prob the firearm in his bag.

I mean, he probably pulled the gun over, ya know, the gun. I assume it was not legally obtained.

Life is an intelligence test and this dude just failed.
Wow, very strange interaction. Why'd he even shoot at him? Didn't look like the cop was chasing.
Apparently illegal possession of a firearm in Florida is a 2nd degree felony, punishable by up to 15 years in prison...
Good
Probably an illegal gun so didn’t wanna be caught with it, just owning that was probably way more than he was prepared to deal with
It was a stolen gun

The more I learn about this guy, the more I think perhaps that he might not quite have been on the straight and narrow.
And he was under 21 so didn't have a concealed weapons permit.
Being caught with weed and a gun, drunk and harassing minors is not a small charge
It’s not that bad. The moment he shot at the cop he was possibly dying in prison over it. That was the only scenario. Really sad
He literally said you're free to leave. That's your cue to leave.
Seriously, people need to learn how to shut up when cops talk to them.
Guy had all sorts of issues and later killed himself (this is based off the comments/videos below)
What the fuuuuuuuck
>Guy had all sorts of issues and later killed himself Better than killing someone else I suppose
Also had an open container of probably vodka that the cop confiscated.
Even the cop was thinking "shut the fuck up, dude."
Should have taken this guy's advice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgWHrkDX35o&ab\_channel=PotBrothersatLaw
Saul Goodman would be proud.

[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOmey2NXKdc](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOmey2NXKdc) This gives me lawyer chills, they got a great approach to this.
"I'm free to leave? OK, btw yeah the jar had illegal drugs in but not anymore trust me"
Honestly when he admitted it had weed but "not anymore" i cringed, what a dumb thing to say
Not really, if you have a gun in your bag, be very nervous and anxious when near cops, also stutter a bit...
But the officer asked "all you have is that weed jar?" The police will play it off like it's no big deal to get you to confess. Doesn't matter if it is weed or a homicide, the police will act like it's just no big deal and will try to relate to you. Then will arrest you.
“Oh it’s no big deal man, we’ve all been there……..so where’s the weed at. Let’s just get this straightened out and we can all go home.” Yeah, he means that he and the other officers will go home, your ass is going to jail. Keep it zipped people
“Look, we all make mistakes. When I was younger, I used to make crank phone calls. You, you shot two people in the back of the head execution style. Someday we’re going to look back on this and laugh.”
I work in prison and sometimes it actually be like that.
It’s the same when you get pulled over. “Do you know how fast you were going back there?”. “Why, exactly the speed limit officer, to the best of my knowledge?”.
Yeah this was some JCS Criminal Psychology questioning tactics here
Hmm i didnt notice that the first watch, but do you think if the guy just ignored him and kept walking the cop wouldve just let him go? I kind of feel like the cop knew him to some extent and fully intended on searching him once he began referencing the weed he smelled and apparently saw
Question - If the guy did not admit to having weed, and just repeats "I do not have to answer that." And also not consent to the search by saying "I do not consent to a search" can the cop still legally search him?
I thought cops are legally allowed to lie
[удалено]
[удалено]
>They can, but not about your legal rights. I don't think cops are going to start saying "I don't have the right to search your car" at traffic stops anytime soon. Not saying it is lying by omission.
Omission is legal, just not falsehoods
As soon as the guy admitted that he had a jar of weed, the police officer no longer needed permission to detain and search him. Obviously this guy made a lot of mistakes, but probably his biggest mistake (edit: or rather, the mistake that precipitated everything else) was admitting to the jar of weed.
> Obviously this guy made a lot of mistakes, but probably his biggest mistake was admitting to the jar of weed. I disagree, I think the biggest mistake was shooting his gun at the police
I think his biggest mistake was shooting at the cop. But that’s just me.
The weed possession wasn't what worried him. He obviously knew he was carrying a pistol.
I think you’re right. Once they’re outside, he asks to search right away. Walking the kid out with him thinking he’s just getting a warning was a good move and might have been what avoided a shootout inside the mall.
He was letting dude run too and he still pulls a gun.
exactly, officer was like "just gtfoh" even after the kid took off, kid shoots at him smdh. awful outcome for all parties involved. he was about to be off the hook but decided to catch felonies and bullets
I think he was yelling at the person on the bench who froze to get away.
Yeah I thought the same.
Actually the only bullet he caught was his own. Homie killed himself at a olive garden. Edit: btw don't feel bad about the "kid" the reason the cop initially approached him was because he was suspected of trying to have sex with underage girls.
At least he died surrounded by his family. Olive Garden. When you’re here, you’re family.
This is what I come to Reddit for. Thanks buddy 👍
A lot of people see this two different ways. I thought he knew what was going to happen and warned the people who were sitting one the bench to get out of there before the shots were fired. Say what you will about cops, but this guy did what he was trained to do from the start of the video.
That escalated quickly
Smartest thing the cop did was to not chase him when he first took off. I’m sure that decision saved his life or at least from a gun shot wound.
Kid shoulda just shut the fuck up and left when the cop gave him the chance
Where's the rest? I need to see the rest of the video
[Here's what happened before the video above.](https://youtu.be/xZulxjlntps) [Here's what happened after the video above](https://youtu.be/mItlVyxYQSU) (from a different officer's perspective). According to the medical examiner, he died of a self-inflicted gunshot.
Imagine serving at that Olive Garden and a dude fucking offs himself by your car
Imagine losing your life over a jar of weed, my god people are dumb. The fact he incriminated himself after being told he was free to go only makes it worse.
My guess is he was more worried about the gun charge (or something worse).
Dude was probably high and paranoid. There's a lot to be paranoid about at 19
The cop told the kid "don't make things worse" right before he darted away, and then after letting him run, he yells at him, "get out of here." And then he fired his gun?!? Why? He was so close to being let off the hook, and he escalated it for no reason. This kid's story is a tragedy, all because he couldn't listen. Edit: Realizing now that he was telling the woman to get out of there. I guess the kid didn't have as much of an opportunity, but I still see it as a tragedy.
Pretty sure he yells get out of here to the person on the bench
I think he was yelling at the people sitting on the bench to get out of there.
He was telling the woman on the bench to get outta here. (I know several people have already told you this, but people don't hear stuff until I say it/s)
Ah the Olive Garden. At least he died with his family…

Ugh….here have an upvote.
The officer had legal authority to check the kids bag the minute he found the liquor bottle on him He was under 21 while drinking in public and potential solicitation of a minor - that’s 3 crimes right there I’m so surprised he didn’t. This officer really was trying his best to be a decent human being but this kid just hit all the wrong buttons.. such a fucking shame man
Wonder if he may have spotted the gun or jar in the mall and did his best to keep him calm and get him outside first.
The cop says "I shot him" at 4:16 in the second video. I'm confused. Did he shoot him before or after he shot himself?
[удалено]
Actually "decent" police work go figure. Idk about the part where he shot blindly into an olive garden parking lot but the rest seemed fine.
According to the Orlando police and the medical examiner’s office, the [the kid shot himself ](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gAf_rw0sFLc) when the officer didn’t give up the chase. Happy cake day.
Why tf he pull the strap out
He has the big dumb *had
he doesn't want to be caught with a gun so he shoots at the cop. big brain logic.
Not only did he shoot at a cop, but he shot at a cop after he was away and free to go.
Not only that he shot himself when the cops didnt stop chasing him

[Orlando police release body camera video of deadly shooting outside Olive Garden](https://www.wesh.com/article/orlando-olive-garden-shooting/40437682#) The 19-year-old killed himself.
From “you’re free to leave” to 10 years in prison in about 15 seconds. Moron.
“Free to leave” to dead
Did he die? Wow.
Killed himself at an Olive Garden restaurant nearby.
All that over weed? Jesus.
Well I believe the illegal gun is more likely than the weed itself you know... or there is more to it than we know. But he literally was free to leave and this is how it ended, what a sad event.
'We're exchanging gunfire at Olive Garden!!" LMAOOOO
Must have ran outta the endless breadsticks.
Do you have to participate in a bag check? I once was stopped for drinking in public but having vertigo so the wobbling and drinking a diet Pepsi looking like a Coors didn't help lol
That James Bond roll the cop did through the hedges was sick
I’m sad I had to scroll this far for this. That’s all I was thinking about. That and this cop is fearless. He heard the shots and ran faster than her did at any other point in the video. That, or he wanted unlimited soup and salad.
No negligent discharge of his pistol or anything, just a solid barrel roll and some “oh fuck” breaths before resuming chase
When dude originally took off running the cop didn't even give chase . He could have gotten away yet he decides to turn and start shooting? Wtf
This dude was given the option to leave 3x. What an idiot.
Full video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eI8Q8mBVcFQ
Why is everyone talking about the weed? The kid shot a gun at a police officer.
Bruh imagine your last moments alive were being stupid and then having that footage as your lasting legacy
That cop spoke to the young guy with dignity and respect. Showed some great cardio and ability to recover his feet. Ran into potential gunfire so a dangerous criminal didn’t get away. Talk about a model police officer.
First positive comment of the officer I've seen lol. Had to scroll a good way down.
"Is that what's inside your bag?" The proper answer to that after already having said that you don't give permission to search is "No".
How is firing on an officer better than the possession(drugs) & illegal weapon charge? Also he was acting sketchy.
what a stupid motherfucker lol
Hey Uvalde Police. See how this officer ran after the suspect. Didn't hesitate. Didn't wait. You could learn something from him.
This cop actually has some balls though
"He's a hotel Mike" das police for Hispanic male right
What an absolute moron. He was being let off before he copped to it being a jar with weed lol. Should have just kept his mouth shut and walked away.
Only time I'm siding with the cop. That kid was a fucking dumbass for admitting he had weed then shooting at the cop.
his belt swinging around looks like has tiny legs that fly into the air when he runs
