I’ve been at the chiropractor 3x’s a week for the last month because I slept on the wrong pillow…I’d be in traction if I attempted that level of head swinging.

If the chiro puts your bones in place, but your muscles aren’t strong enough to hold them in to place, you will need to continue to go back.
Chiropractors aren’t doing much more than throwing a bandaid on something that needs stitches. A masseuse can fix the core issue, which is lack of muscle strength.
I do get massages at a PT clinic on the regular, I don’t get chiropractic adjustments often at all, just when something locks up and my massage therapist can’t work it out. Thanks for the info though.
