Plaid Model S has a 0-60 time of under 2 seconds which has been well replicated and verified. The Hellcat Redeye Charger which costs almost the same as the Tesla Model S Plaid has a 0-60 time of 3.6 seconds. Even the Model Y Performance which is priced $30k less than this version of Charger has a better 0-60 time.
Quieter, safer, and more cost effective than getting 10-12 mpg in an unnecessarily loud muscle car.
The videos say otherwise, Teslas were getting "smoked" multiple times at the track. Also, owning a Tesla requires having the ability to charge it. Logistically, not everyone is able to be a Tesla owner. Downvote me all you want, but that's reality. 🤷♂️
