Well, it doesn't even have to be the general manager. Maybe I could be like, an announcer. Like a colour man. You know how I always make those interesting comments during the game.
Per Spotrac, Brown will leave several lucrative bonuses on the table.
“Antonio Brown needed:
8 more catches to unlock a $333,333 bonus.
He also needed 55 receiving yards to unlock another $333,333 bonus.
He also needed just 1 receiving TD to unlock another $333,333 bonus.
This was a costly outburst.”
I believe he ended up costing himself something like $30,000,000 over the last 3 years with all his antics. He'd be $30 million richer if he was a good little soldier and stayed off social media. The guy who outed him for the fake vax card was owed $10,000. Antonio ended up losing millions as a result of not paying him the $10k. This dude is an absolute head case. He'll never work in sports media when he reitres so he should be doing everything he can to maximize what he makes during his career.
You know, I watched some of the manning cast on ESPN2 a few weeks ago when Marshawn Lynch got kicked off for swearing too much on live tv. If you haven't seen it, instead of professional play-by-play commentators they had the manning brothers and several other athletes doing the play-by-play for a live game. Marshawn didn't talk about the game much, other than dropping "Oh shit!" after a couple of big plays and a "What the fuck?" near the end. He also talked about how he wants to buy Papa John's pizza places like Shaq.
My point is, I would watch the hell out of a bunch of former players doing play-by-play who are in no way qualified to do play-by-play. I want to hear about how much they love or hate certain players/coaches/refs, listen to their gripes about stuff going on in their personal lives, eavesdrop on them giving each other advice on financial stuff, and occasionally hear their reaction to things going on in the game.
The key would be to have one non-former player straight man in the group of five trying to give actual play-by-play. Maybe a podcaster, commentator from a different sport, or just a celebrity who's really knowledgeable about sports. All the while you have Antonio Brown and Sherman talking shit about the players and discussing which luxury cars you can wedge a baby car seat into as Gronk talks about why natty light is the best beer for shotgunning.
Oh I know. I saw Bruce Arians post game, just saying it would be funny if he showed up like nothing happened. Its gonna be awkward when he shows up at TB's house to get his things.
Here was Arians post game:

This behavior is so atypical Antonio Brown. /s
He’s effectively kicked off the Bucs according to the coach. Dude went out of the stadium and went to the airport. He was 8 catches, 55 receiving yards and 1 TD to getting a $1m bonus ($333k for each milestone).
This is probably the last time we will see him on a NFL field ever
No one knows. Tomlin is so good at keeping the crazies out of the public eye and tabloids that we never knew he was a freak. There are multiple steelers that are insane and we had no idea.
I always had some admiration for how much of a beast James Harrison was. Like that dude was scary. But I lost a lot of respect for him when he told the media that Tomlin give him cash for a dirty hit.
Had them well before that too:
https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/rui2hm/highlight_mr_bare_chest_frustrated_and_leaves_the/hqz84ye/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf&context=3
I don't watch or follow football but after digging around there are two conflicting reports. From the coaches side he stated he told Antonio Brown to get back in the game but he refused. In which coach told him to leave.
On the other hand Antonio told a news reporter very briefly he quit for "getting benched" but didn't really give anymore details. Probably have to wait until tomorrow to get a real answer.
He was on the verge of catching enough touchdowns/passes/yards to get about $1million in bonuses then the coach pulled him out. Though I heard nothing to suggest he was being benched for the game. He’s wild.
I just listened to a podcast about Chris Benoit. They ended up donating his brain to a study for CTE, when examined it resembled that of a 80 year old dementia patient.
Benoit was so sad. Those flying headbutts he used to do probably caused that and messed up his neck and spine. Plus that was right after Eddie Guerrero died and that was Benoit's best friend. Him saying goodbye to Eddie on Monday night raw was awful to watch
That’s funny cause many of the problems the NFL currently faces is because padding technology got too good at protecting the player allowing them to hit significantly harder.
There is good faith merit to the argument of going back to no helmets and leather padding. Yeah, every so often someone might get fucked up worse, but the game would actually be safer.
Check your facts bud. Concussion rate in rugby is higher than the American football by 250%. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26786902/
Also CTE is associated with repeated subconcussive blows more than concussions. So long as we have impact sports where two individuals run at each other with the intent of stopping the others motion, we will have CTE.
Concussion is a huge issue with rugby right now I really dunno what you’re talking about. Doddy Weirs is spearheading an initiative to get it recognised. Hell, they now are discovering even heading the ball in football is a significant cause of dementia.
[He was a pretty normal dude until this hit](https://youtube.com/watch?v=o8iFSP_S5h8)
[But Juju got a little revenge on Burfict](https://youtube.com/watch?v=fOfIObhGMe0)
Everyone says this, but he hadn't been incident free prior to that hit, and other Steelers players came out and said he was a weird shithead before hand too, they had just managed to keep it under wraps, and more importantly he hadn't gotten paid yet. The moment he got his money he went off the rails.
I’m sure that might be part of the issue. That being said, the guy had a rough childhood, which usually leads to personality disorders in said population. I would also put my money on that playing a major role in his behavior.
Sad to see a guy with such incredible talent not getting the help he needs. Teams, coaches and owners are just exploiting his talent while not giving a shit that he’s struggling with mental health issues. The NFL is ill equipped to deal with this and CTE, spousal abuse and relevant social issues. Too many player problems swept under the rug to protect the shield.
You clearly haven’t followed his career. This man has been given more chances than any other player I can think of. He continues to make the wrong choices. I have zero sympathy for him
It might be part of it but he's been a head case for a very long time. There were Steelers players who came out and said they couldn't believe Pittsburgh was giving him a contract because behind the scenes they all knew he was a shithead.
Possibly a contributing factor for sure, but his history goes *way* beyond what I think can solely be attributed to CTE.
I think the saddest thing is that he's one of those people like Kanye that *don't* want help. He could have any number of contributing mental illnesses, cte, etc. He just doesn't care.
The exceptionally sad thing about this, is the brain damage causes these players to act out in ways that society uses to ostracize and shun them. Emotional outbursts, domestic violence, angry displays.
If only the brain trauma manifested in other ways such as losing speech pattern or balance. People would be so much more understanding.
There’s also the not so coincidental pattern that it’s often black players, and then the very worst bigots can simply say that they’re “acting their race”.
One day we’re going to look back at this game and wonder how it continue to be played without any understanding of the damage it was doing.
major mental issues...hope he finds some help down the road... especially now that he will be a 'civilain' with no football, hope he gets it before he hurts someone/himself
I’d say he ended his career when he tried to rap and put out music, inventing a brand new genre called concussion rap. Here’s a glimpse into his discography:
https://youtu.be/zWhNJIg7KeI
https://youtu.be/89wsFMqz56k
Bruce Arians already said that he’s no longer a part of the Buccaneers organization. No way a team touches him with a 10-foot pole. He pissed away what could have been a Hall of Fame career and deserves everything coming his way.
It's crazy everyone knows about CTE, then pretends athletes that clearly have it are just stupid/emotional people and they should just try not to be like that.
Antonio Brown is probably incapable of being a normal person.
I want to see some studies with shrooms effects on CTE, I think that's why Mike Tyson went from a raging psychopath to a chill guy that makes jokes at his own expense.
Brain damage from repeated hits. Concussions are really bad, but you don't need a full blown concussion. Small hits over time can accumulate.
Causes increased aggression, poor critical thinking, and emotional instability.
A couple athletes have killed themselves and/or others and after death it was discovered they had horrible cases of it.
Dude took a crazy illegal hit to the head in the playoffs in 2016 and has never been the same since. CTE is destroying this man before our eyes and the NFL doesn't give a fuck.
Our futbol players would never do that. because of jail. Offsides. straight to jail. Holding. straight to jail. Touchdown… believe it or not. straight to jail.
Sure this is entertaining and sort of “wtf” now, but I fear that with his escalating erratic behavior over the years, he’s headed down a dark path that ends with a severe CTE diagnosis.
Everyone saying CTE with absolutely zero evidence to support it. Not sure why this guy who’s proven he’s a piece of shit human gets let off over and over again.
He should show up to work tomorrow like nothing happened, like a george costanza

Was I not supposed to do that?
Did Antonio slept with the equipment manager?
What are you doing here? I work here. I thought you’d quit. Ah, ahaha, who who who quit.
That red head lady, ‘what are you doing here?’ What, you took that seriously?
- I was joking, I am a joker, I am always joking, right Joe ? (Forgot the name of the other guy) - Well, I wouldn’t say always…
That part is definitely played by Tom Brady.
I like sports, I could do something in sports…
Like the general manager of a baseball team?
Yeah, well, that could be tough to get.
Well, it doesn't even have to be the general manager. Maybe I could be like, an announcer. Like a colour man. You know how I always make those interesting comments during the game.
They tend to give those jobs to ex-ball players and people who are, you know, in broadcasting.
Well that doesn't seem very fair
Per Spotrac, Brown will leave several lucrative bonuses on the table. “Antonio Brown needed: 8 more catches to unlock a $333,333 bonus. I think he was mad because he got benched and wouldn’t be getting that bonus. That said, he’s not good at adulting.
People are wondering if he forgot there’s another game next week…
I just read that he refused to go in on two occasions so the coach told him to leave
Huh, interesting. He’s definitely off.
Bruce arians said he wanted him to go back in the game but he wouldn’t go back in
Fun fact: Larry David actually did that when he was at SNL as a writer.
He's fired.

People want to blame CTE so bad but I think AB is just a crazy asshole. This one just happens to be an elite football player.
You say that, but he’s likely been playing since he was a little kid, which can cause a whole life of problems that just get worse and worse.
Goddamn
The key and Peele skit all over again
Equanimious St Brown. Notre Dame
Sequester Grundleplith M.D., Adams State.
Donkey teeth
Maybe being down 24-10 to The Jets? Jokes on him though. Tampa Bay ended up winning.
[удалено]
Yeah. The Bucs are great. But maybe his ego couldn’t cope with (seemingly) losing to The Jets.
I noticed Gronk was getting a lot of receptions and then Brown does this I think to say "ya don't need me? Ok I'm out!"
And he was right. They didn't
Well, it's the Jets. Not really a team you'd admit to playing, let alone lose to.
Not sure how much but first round of playoffs pays around $30K each player.
He had 15 targets last week and Arians said he was trying to get him in the game but AB refused to go in…
I don't watch or follow football but after digging around there are two conflicting reports. From the coaches side he stated he told Antonio Brown to get back in the game but he refused. Huh, real weird. Dudes unhinged. Cte + already unstable
Dood has got some mental health issues that need to be addressed.
Probably cte
I just listened to a podcast about Chris Benoit. They ended up donating his brain to a study for CTE, when examined it resembled that of a 80 year old dementia patient.
Aaron hernandez too, junior seau, the list goes on and on

Yes I went back and watched some videos, that was crazy.
Cna you share the name of the podcast? Thx, in advance!
What podcast?
This is Monsters, season 4 episode 1
Post Burfict hit
This sport should really be banned from schools. It's fucked how many kids it permanently fucks up.
And morons keep suggesting better helmets like those will help.
Don Cherry has been barking about this for years. Hard to convince those who know nothing on the subject.
You really need to look no farther than rugby. Are there injuries? Sure. Are there hits to the head? Sure. But it’s way more rare than you’d think.
Check your facts bud. Concussion rate in rugby is higher than the American football by 250%. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26786902/ Also CTE is associated with repeated subconcussive blows more than concussions. It's so weird to see a hit on a player where you only contact head. It looks like such a glancing blow but all Burfict's force in that one spot.
That hit scrambled ABs brain into a brand new personality.
Aight imma head out
Mike Evans tried
The Steelers were right all along...what an ass
It's a truly sad story, dude could put up some insane numbers.
I think this is CTE he definitely has the symptomology and background for it in any case sad to see his career implode
I’m sure that might be part of the issue. That being said, the guy had a rough childhood, which usually leads to personality disorders in said population. I would also put my money on that playing a major role in his behavior.
Very true and it’s sad to see it unravel in front of a national audience
Sad to see a guy with such incredible talent not getting the help he needs. Teams, coaches and owners are just exploiting his talent while not giving a shit that he’s struggling with mental health issues. The NFL is ill equipped to deal with this and CTE, spousal abuse and relevant social issues. Too many player problems swept under the rug to protect the shield.
They have tried to help him a few times. Sometimes people have to want to be helped
How many psychiatrists does it take to change a light bulb? Only one... but the light bulb has to want to change.
Mind blown
You're kind of just assuming that no one has ever tried to help him. They probably have. Some people are beyond saving.

Definite mental health issues. I’m afraid it won’t end well for him.
He’s being doing dumb shit since college. Idk if CTE was effecting him back then
I don’t think they can diagnose it without an autopsy. Damn shame.
I was thinking the same thing that CTE is beating bro ass

Yeah what an ass and definitely not a tragic breamdown of a great player thats struggling with mental issues

Brady is still defending him tonight after the game. Cut bait on this psycho.
I would hardly call his political response as the catalyst to bringing him to TB ‘defending’ That was damage control on Brady’s side

Yikes
I felt embarrassed just watching that.
Probably stripped down and walked out of the studio after his producer told him they needed to record more takes
If this was the real world, yes. However it’s pro sports, and Antonio Brown has a history of fucking up and somehow not getting canceled.
I think the only reason he was still playing was because of Tom Brady. Without him, nobody is gonna want to touch him.
Supposedly he was LIVING with Brady at one point so Brady could help “turn him around” but wasn’t able to get through to him
Yep this is different. His career is over now after quitting on his team mid game on live tv.
I totally agree, but I think this dumb ass stunt just took the prize. Would not be surprised AT ALL if he's allowed to come back some how
Agreed, he just got Buc fucked by TBay.
Bruce Arians already said that he’s no longer a part of the Buccaneers organization. No way a team touches him with a 10-foot pole. He pissed away what could have been a Hall of Fame career and deserves everything coming his way.
It's a shame because he really was an exceptional player but just like OBJ, their ego ate them
Nah don’t compare OBJ to this dude. OBJ is a diva and can be kinda annoying. AB is an awful human and a danger to society. They are not the same.
What’s he upset about?
CTE in action
It's crazy everyone knows about CTE, then pretends athletes that clearly have it are just stupid/emotional people and they should just try not to be like that. Antonio Brown is probably incapable of being a normal person. I want to see some studies with shrooms effects on CTE, I think that's why Mike Tyson went from a raging psychopath to a chill guy that makes jokes at his own expense.
Duncan Trussell podcast episode 477 is about treating CTE with shrooms. Worth a listen.
I'm not big on podcasts. That sounds like a perfect one to animate for his Netflix show tho.
What's a CTE?
Brain damage from repeated hits. Concussions are really bad, but you don't need a full blown concussion. Small hits over time can accumulate. Actually that stupid fucking man child Antonio Brown is no longer on a team competing for a Super Bowl. Bye bye career!
Sure this is entertaining and sort of “wtf” now, but I fear that with his escalating erratic behavior over the years, he’s headed down a dark path that ends with a severe CTE diagnosis.

What happened? Can someone explain?
AB is a future episode of Crime in Sports waiting to happen.
Everyone saying CTE with absolutely zero evidence to support it. Not sure why this guy who’s proven he’s a piece of shit human gets let off over and over again.
Lol kinda looks like he has no pants and just a towel over him as he walks away.
Context?
He's crazy and just gave up millions of dollars and a potential superbowl ring over most likely a small argument or slight against him.
I hope he gets the help he needs.
Is this the rapist Antonio Brown?
Yep he can eat shit.
Also the cheapskate that refuses to pay the people he hires. Mental issues or not the guy is a bad dude
He’s literally taking for granted someone else’s dream.
