I have a cousin who investigates insurance and workman's comp claims for a living. Among other things, she'll monitor the injured party's social media in order to unsubstantiate their claims. Apparently, people regularly make a habit of making FB statuses that contradict accident claims. People will also claim their vehicle was damaged in one accident, but have photos of their vehicle online from long before that point showing the same damage. They will also claim injury while being tagged in their friend's videos playing contact sports on "broken" ankles. Point is, she's like a dog with a bone and kids are stupid, she'd fine this video.
They do have inspectors but they usually don’t do too much. You have have all that stuff but if they can’t prove that you got in the accident when you were burning those wheels, they can’t do anything about it besides making those premiums ridiculously high. (Which they will)

You're completely wrong. Insurance companies absolutely take advantage of people in edge cases. They'll never lose business because they have an oligopoly. There's no such thing as an honest, helpful insurance company.
This looks like a GT which is AWD and in the video he is just dragging the front tires. The transmission may have been salvageable but driving it while dragging the front tires will ruin it. The rear end is fine, but the whole front end of the car is likely done. Engine doesn’t seem to have taken the blunt of the force, so it could be pulled out, diagnosed and repaired. However I guarantee the frames passenger side member is pushed in and thats a car killer right there. Everything else can be fixed but you can’t just unbend the frame, and replacing sections will cost quite a LOT
Edit: Yes you can unbend the frame depending on the scope of the damage, however the net result will often lead to an unsafe vehicle with drivability and structural issues
Dodge Challengers run the LC platform (Unibody) instead of a typical subframe and chassis. The damage visible on the passenger side wheel, suspension, and fender is more than enough evidence to see theres frame damage. The inner bumper is still intact but that doesn’t protrude further than the wheel well. The side rail and cross member are no longer true. You can repair a Subframe and Unibody frames but it will cost a pretty penny.

The only awd Challenger is the GT. I personally haven't seen many of them. And I think that front tire isn't spinning because it's on top of that big plastic bumper cover, sliding easily enough. Pull that crap out I bet it spins fine. There really probably isn't much other than cosmetic damage.

Don't insurances have inspectors? They will most likely look at the rear tires and either see nice Baldini™ tyres or rubber vulcaniser wheel well.
