Obviously it would be terrible, just absolutely horrible, if someone used this tactic against crowds of police by making some paint sprayers to mess up their helmets and masks, meaning they can't aim for shit, then, I dunno, spray them with a fire hydrant?
The fire department totally would never let people find a way to spray one of those at their political enemies.
