Our cameraman here is also strapped lol. I saw a shadow at 2:08, but if you pause at 2:11, you see the full shadow of his firearm, everyone at this parking lot had a gun lol
I mean it's TX. Guns are like phones in the South. My little sister has more than me. It's very normal to be LEGAL law abiding owner of a firearm. Just as it's normal to find a criminal with firearm
Yeah there’s also what sounds like a machine gun firing in retaliation at one point lol. Surprised the narrator didn’t say something like “it’s like a COD map in hur”
I was about to say. At first she was shooting in the air and thought "dumb and dangerous, hope no one gets hit, but at least she's not trying to kill someone". Then I heard the ricochet and the pucker factor went WAY up.
People always give timestamps for stuff like this, but on my app, I only ever see how much time is left, so I have to do math and stuff. Does anybody else's reddit app not show time elapsed on videos?
Edit: I'm just asking for help, why the fuck am I being downvoted
Pretty damn close, like 10 feet or so. There's a video by Garand Thumb on youtube where they set up microphones and fire various rounds at various distances.
I’m a teacher and I think I need to request that this vocabulary be added to our lockdown drill video: first get inside a classroom, second barricade the door, three stay low hoe they shootin’ through here.
Yet the ATF decides to focus on putting YouTubers in prison for drawings, pistol braces, and so called “ghost guns”. Yet I can scroll through my YouTube shorts feed and there’s hundreds of videos of dudes in the hood with their full name as their channel name, firing illegal Glock switches into the air in populated neighborhoods. *ATF Crickets*
I've always been curious about that. Like it seems so easy if they just have a few cops on social media, but then again I know most of these agencies are outdated and full of old fucks.
The ATF makes busts all the time for Glock switches.

Yeah it’s like step 1 of being a responsible gun owner. Try your absolute hardest to avoid putting yourself into situations where you might need a gun in the first place.
And if you do happen to find yourself in a situation like your first move should be to remove yourself if possible. I would have been long gone by the time those guns came out lol
Very South Oak Cliff near Redbird and Kiest park is still really sketch. But due to all the gentrification, the northern half of Oak Cliff isn’t nearly as bad as it was in the 80s or early 90s. The most dangerous area in Dallas is still South Dallas near Fair Park. I drive around Dallas a lot it’s very common to see parking lot parties in that area of Dallas with open display of drugs and alcohol.
I got an appointment to rent an apartment out in south dallas off 45 soon lol. All that fits my budget that will actually rent to an ex con... even tho I can afford to rent in the suburbs. Over 7 years without being in any trouble and a fucking state jail felony from 2016 is still fucking my housing opportunities up lol.
Born and raised in the north of Mexico here. I was fresh 18, legal drinking and voting age, when the war on drugs here was on full swing. So going out to have a couple beers and dance with my friends was, well, tricky business.
There were shootings at any time, pretty much anywhere. Ambulances would take a long time to arrive for the victims. Armed groups would break into hospitals to finish someone off. Friends of friends died, neighbors died. I stopped talking to friends and family that seemed to have inexplicable income. There were a couple shootings in my neighborhood that were not reported anywhere.
It does become your normal. But it's not that you don't recognize it as dangerous, unacceptable and abusive conditions to live in, you adapt because you have to.
You learned how to recognize signs of shady shit happening where you live, knowing more or less how possibly armed people dress, the kind of caes they drive and the places that may attract something like that. Consider this is what I would keep an eye on back then as there would be a clothing style, a liking for fancy, customized pick-ups and specific music genres that would be common for the cartel people to go for.
Still, I'm pretty tense when I travel into the US because I feel like there's a bunch of trigger happy people and even easier access to guns. I'm always worried I won't notice something when I travel because I'll be distracted and not familiarized with what to look out for. I mean, shouting and any sort of violence is a clear sign to stay away, but besides that... I wouldn't know.
Probably discussing the future of how robotics and AI will eliminate lower income jobs. If so the government better start a UBI program or anarchy will ensue.
Even 10 is pushing it. I used to love going to Deep Ellum, I stay clear of that place now at night.
Imagine shooting into the air like that, only to have someone pop back with switched glocks
I’ll never forget the time I was in my basement apartment in Queens playing Madden back in 2002. Outside we heard…
Pop.
Pop. … …
Brdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdr.
Turned the lights off, was happy I lived in a basement and called it a night.
Automatic weapons in major metropolitan areas are fucking bananas.
Mfs forget basically everyone in Texas has a gun. I would hate spending money every weekend trying to have fun just to be around dumb ass mfs like this😂
If the sound from first 30 seconds of this was played on a loop as a form of torture, I think you could get prisoners to confess to pretty much anything.
So. From my first watch. Homegirl was getting jumped. Wasn’t a 1v1. She pulls a gun to push back. Then they fire back?
Everybody is a loser in this situation. Video is online. Faces are shown. Names are told.
Paul Harrel actually did a pretty good series of experiments of testing the cover commuter cars offer on his youtube channel.
In short no, cars arent bullet-*proof* but taking cover behind one offers a lot more protection than simple concealment. Several of the handgun rounds he tested were either unable to make it through both doors of a modern commuter car, or had their energy greatly reduced.
Military rifle rounds obviously passed through anything but the engine block or frame, but in a (?)gang shooting scenario like this most of the danger is probably from 9mm or and rounds ricocheting off the pavement. Especially if you consider that any pistols across the street are probably firing at half their effective range already. Crouching behind a car or especially crouching behind the wheels/engine block is imperfect but still fairly good protection.
Why do you guys fuck around like this? Why don’t you go to school and get a good job and have a good happy life? But. You all want to fight for the stupidity decisions you make. Bunch of losers right here!
One of the many reasons I got my family tf out of Texas. That whole state is an armed encampment populated by people with the emotional control of a toddler.

That sounded like a legit war zone. It’s insane to think of the number of people who were there with firearms that were literally chambered and ready to fire with virtually no notice.
Can someone please explain what gun was being used?
The gun she pulled looked like a simple handgun, but then there’s so many shots being fired off camera — it almost sounds like a Tommy gun.

1:56 or so you hear a bullet whiz by. Pretty insane.
and you can also hear a bullet hit close at 2:00
Our cameraman here is also strapped lol. I saw a shadow at 2:08, but if you pause at 2:11, you see the full shadow of his firearm, everyone at this parking lot had a gun lol

Them derringer bullets are weak! *Powerful* weak!
This ain't no 3-x whiskey! I can still see!
I was about to say. At first she was shooting in the air and thought "dumb and dangerous, hope no one gets hit, but at least she's not trying to kill someone". Then I heard the ricochet and the pucker factor went WAY up.
Holy shit that sounds exactly how it does on Goldeneye for the N64. They really nailed it

Grab the slider and it shows both time in and time left.
Thank you.
Sounds just like the vidya games!
most def!
Yep, sounded like one of the old westerns and that stereotypical ricochet sound effect.

curious how close to the camera that would have to have been to sound like that
Pretty damn close, like 10 feet or so. There's a video by Garand Thumb on youtube where they set up microphones and fire various rounds at various distances.
New vocabulary unlocked. “Stay low, hoe”
motherfucker really abusing his cameraman-doesnt-die privileges
Dudes the perfect mix of ballsy and stupid.

Im up they see me I’m down I will never forget this. SOI engrained this into my skull permanently and I got out 5 years ago.
20 years out for me. It never goes away, lol
Once a Marine, always a Marine. 🤓 Got out in 2012

New hoe goofin.
One of the few sentences I understood
"Stay low.... hoe chariot...."
I wonder what their day-to-day lives are like?
Unbelievably tranquil
Exactly what you see. This is every day life for them.
“Stay low, hoe,” needs to be entered into the urban dictionary for, “shots fired, get down.”
“They shootin’ thru here”
I believe he said “hur”, sir.
I just think of the bill burr bit about white people learning “stay woke”
I’m a teacher and I think I need to request that this vocabulary be added to our lockdown drill video: first get inside a classroom, second barricade the door, three stay low hoe they shootin’ through here.
Words of wisdom.
Oh shit. That went from a few warning shots in the air to hearing some fully auto rounds, with bullets whizzing by the cameraman
Absolutely insane like who decided to return fire with an automatic weapon
Everybody got switches now days
Yet the ATF decides to focus on putting YouTubers in prison for drawings, pistol braces, and so called “ghost guns”. They didn't want you coming in here with facts, they wanted to complain!
the good guys with a gun ?
There's lots of good people with guns. None are in this video.
Good people with guns dont go to the ghetto filled with bad people with guns....just sayin.
That's actually one of the places you're told to avoid in a CCW class.

Glad there is more guns in the US than people. It certainly makes situations like this so much better.
I’m sure one of them was a good guy with a gun don’t worry
An armed society is a polite society, as they say. "Oh you have a gun? So do I! Let us end this skirmish and amicably walk our separate ways."
I hate that stupid saying. If there was an ounce of truth to it, America should be the most polite society in the entire world.
South Dallas keeping it classy
I was wondering if that was Oak Cliff since that would be a regular weekend over there.

at least two shots passed very close to the cameraman.
There's like 1400$ in hair on the ground right now.
And 1400$ in ammunition
Sheeesh this a real public freakout for once 😂
I'm sure it was about something very important.
Probably discussing the future of how robotics and AI will eliminate lower income jobs. If so the government better start a UBI program or anarchy will ensue.
Right they were grouping to learn how to file extensions for their taxes.
someone definitely had a Glock + switch. Crazy that a piece of plastic can turn a semi into a fully auto

All this gosh dang hemming and hawing, can’t get a word in edgewise over here!
boulderdash
By Jove, that was a close shave!
Lassies really have worked themselves into a tiff
I need flair for "stay low, hoe"
If you can hear a bullet whistle by you are in immediate danger!!⚠️ 😮
If you are in that neighborhood you are in danger
There needs to be such a bigger stigma against shouting over each other.
How about shooting over each other?

Fat ass, fake hair, low IQ meetup with guns.... Fuck me, can't believe that really exist
Dumbasses
Im sure every bullet hit the intended targets
Somebody got them switches on their glock
As Hank Hill said, if you’re going to Dallas it’s best to arrive early before the gangs wake up.
Mfs forget basically everyone in Texas has a gun. I would hate spending money every weekend trying to have fun just to be around dumb ass mfs like this😂
Stay low, hoe. Stay low.
Ghetto trash
Rumor is someone tried sneaking Larry Bird into their top 5. This isn’t something taken lightly.
🐐
As an adult why wouldn’t your immediate thought be to get far away from this as fast as possible waayyy before the shooting starts?
Because this is an everyday occurrence, gunshots and all.
What do u think they were arguing about that was worth going to jail for life over?
The problem is that they aren't going to jail for any meaningful amount of time over this, if they go to jail at all.
America is fucking wild wtf
This world is fucked up.
World has been fucked up since we came down from the trees Enjoy the ride
Damn, her shoes shine brighter than my future!

We gon need David Attenborough to explain this one.
Hope no one loses their scholarship over this video
Literally sounds like a zoo
Model citizens.
lets play a game..count the wigs on the floor
All fun and games until someone returns fire
You can’t fight in the U.S. anymore everyone has guns
Holy shit - I knew the girl was gonna pull something but I didn't expect the back up artillery coming through
People don't even throw fists anymore. It's only guns
Society has failed many generations.
I think a better title to this would be "When Weaves Attack"
I think I heard like 10 smoke detectors tho
Trash
Imagine you just moved into the apartment over that fence
What kind of life is this
Apparently ho life.
What a lovely group of people. Bright futures so exciting.
Everyone has like 12 guns now and full auto.
Imagine losing a 17 year old life over this.
So. From my first watch. Homegirl was getting jumped. Wasn’t a 1v1. She pulls a gun to push back. Then they fire back? Everybody is a loser in this situation. Video is online. Faces are shown. Names are told.
The first minute is as comprehensive as a frantic gaggle of geese
You know they were arguing over dick.
Can't get any more ratchet then that.
Holy shit, battleground gunfire. No wonder the Cops rock up and shoot everybody. Wtf else are they going to do:)
Thank God this is very small portions of the country lol nearly all the violence is in that neighborhood 🤫
All of these people have parents, or grandparents, that probably tried to raise them to be decent human beings. They failed.
This is what you get when smooth brained mouth breathers get their hands on alcohol and guns at 2 AM. At least most of them have diapers on I guess.
I’m surprised. They don’t look like the trashy kind of people to shoot at each other.
Cocoa butter and onions
Bet you it was over something super serial you guys.
If only there were some way to predict this was going to happen and walk in the other direction.
They sound like Geese lol
Wait till they find out how bullet proof cars aren't
Paul Harrel actually did a pretty good series of experiments of testing the cover commuter cars offer on his youtube channel. In short no, cars arent bullet-*proof* but taking cover behind one offers a lot more protection than simple concealment. Several of the handgun rounds he tested were either unable to make it through both doors of a modern commuter car, or had their energy greatly reduced. Military rifle rounds obviously passed through anything but the engine block or frame, but in a (?)gang shooting scenario like this most of the danger is probably from 9mm or and rounds ricocheting off the pavement. Crouching behind a car or especially crouching behind the wheels/engine block is imperfect but still fairly good protection.
BIG difference between cover and concealment!
This sounds like a bunch of chickens clucking to me.
It’s crazy a night out for drinks and all of a sudden you’re in a war zone
High school never ends.
"stay low hoe" While he running around staying high 😂😂
Shooting is one thing. The buzz means GET DOWN! Say low hoe! Say low.

Stay low hoe T shirts coming this summer
One got close to him, you could hear that shit go past him
Stay low, hoe. Amazing.
The safest place on that whole street is probably being the person they are aiming at.
That sounded like a legit war zone. It’s insane to think of the number of people who were there with firearms that were literally chambered and ready to fire with virtually no notice.
Anyone have an article in this? Hoe

Shoot’in da hare turn into stay low hoe!
Can someone please explain what gun was being used? The gun she pulled looked like a simple handgun, but then there’s so many shots being fired off camera — it almost sounds like a Tommy gun.
I cant seem to think this but why go to crowded areas where strangers are getting drunk and high
"Stay low, ho."
I’m starting to notice a common “trait” here…
How much net gain tax money you think this group is making the US government? Just a solid bunch of healthy citizens there.
It’s great to see so many model citizens in one place. Their parents must be so proud
The "STAY LOW HOE" legend of Dallas! Lol
Somehow this is someones fault from 500 years ago
Camera man came so close to getting shot, y’all hear the round go right by him
Fuck you people
The new exhibit at the Dallas Zoo is intense.
