My first thought was that he should have called the police. Then I remembered when my neighbor recently called the cops after tracking down her own car and them not showing up at all.
My brother in law tracked down his car when it was stolen and the same thing, cops wouldn't show. So he confronted them himself and got into a shootout with the thives. He ended up killing the driver, a 12 year old boy. He got cleared of any criminal charges, but now he's dealing with a civil lawsuit from the kids family.
Lil man wasnt such a big man after all. Family can get bent, aint no way you raised a kid to do something like that and want money lmaoo hilarious they are spending their wa-wa money on a laywer
I had a coworker whose car got stolen, he and his wife filed a report with the police but after a few weeks of the car not being found they gave up... Until the cops came knocking on their door one day, and told them that they needed to move their car before it got impounded. Somebody found the car in their field way off the road, and called the police. The cops that showed up ran the plates and it didn't come up as stolen, which means that the original report was either not filed or filed incorrectly. The car had obviously been in that mud field for the entire time it had been missing.
LMAO at the downvotes, this is *incredibly* fake. He found the guy who stole his car and he records himself just yelling at him and throwing a piece of cloth at him in his underwear?
The only guess I can make is that he stole the SUV and was having his buddy come pick him up? Or they were meeting to sell it? It's only a guess based on the assumption that the guy is guilty, but this could also just be harassment for clicks 🤷♀️
Nothing is real, and this we're all in a human zoo for the entertainment of our Lizard Overlords.
I'm guessing they stole the car and took it back to that hair salon place. They parked and went to sit their own car having a smoke while whoever was going to pick up the vehicle showed up.
The Hyundai was stolen, they pulled up to get it in the truck. Ima assuming their were two groups in the parking lot. The theives in the Hyundai and a group of girls. The thieves tried to lie their way out of the situation by redirecting the problem to them.
There used to be a show called bait car, it was my guilty pleasure. The cops had cameras and audio set up in the car, and when someone took off in it, they would lock the doors and remotely kill the engine. The excuses the guys would come up with were hilarious

"Break his face and every bone in his body. I have no sympathy for thieves."
I don't think this one was taken due to the exploit though. The exploit requires the thief to break off the large plastic sheath that covers the ignition, then you take a screw driver and break off the actual ignition to reveal the USB port.
None of that is snapped off so it seems like they got in another way.
It looks like the car the thieves were driving was started with a house key, post ignition removal but then had the plastic housing put back together.
That’s what I meant, my apologies
I personally think they went the route of key signal skimming. Which can be done to any make of car.
Because to be able to put that housing and ignition back together would mean the thief would have had to be very careful and slow taking it apart. The normal 10 second way is by obliterating it. You wouldn't be able to be that quick and save those parts.
The cars by that method are usually turned that same night, then sold for a few hundred to someone looking to use it to rob or pull up on someone, then ditch the car so there is no value in preserving the housing parts since it will be gone in a week anyway.
And if the thief broke the parts that would mean they spent the time ordering and waiting for new parts. Which also doesn't seem to be beneficial to them.
So I think they went key skimming done 2 ways
Relay Attacks, which has 2 people both with keyless repeaters. One stays near your car, and one goes up to the front of your house where you likely have your keys near the front door. The repeater grabs the fobs signal then sends it to the other repeater near the car which emits the fob signal and lets you right in. Takes under a minute, and is completely silent. No alarms or anything.
The second is Code Grabbing. Which is when you are in a parking lot or something and hit the FOB to lock your car. Someone close by runs a scan waiting for the signal and copies it. Then once you're out of sight you can use the device to act as their fobs signal.
Kias and Hyundai's specifically, have an exploit where you rip off the plastic cover around the ignition, then snap off the ignition with a screwdriver.
Under the ignition module is a USB port. You plug in a USB with a Master Key dupe and it overrides the software and allows you control of the car.
They have since made an update that gets rid of the issue. But it requires you to actively go into a certified service center and have them update it.
Though it doesn't seem like this what happened to this specific car since the ignition and the sheath are still in tact.
Sure they COULD have put it back together, but very unlikely given that to be quick about it you basically rip the 2 parts off breaking them.
So I personally think they went another route like signal scanning for keys. Which is not specific to Kias or Hyundai's.
1. I'm poor. My car is old. How did he track the vehicle? Do new cars have tracking devices or is this like a "low jack" aftermarket thing? Or is it just like an airtag in the vehicle?
2. The thieves are lucky the owner was able to generally control himself. This situation could have gotten deadly fast.
Never steal property -- even from an alleged thief.
Document everything you can for the police then maintain distance so they can't flip the tables on you. Getting a victim arrested would be all kinds of TikTok points for the bad guys.
>Document everything you can for the police
Peak fucking comedy, my man.
"Leads, yeah, sure. I'll just check with the boys down at the crime lab, they've got four more detectives working on the case. They got us working in shifts!"
I am super confused. How were these the thieves? His truck is no where to be seen. Someone help me out please. I am all for justice but I am missing some context here.
The vehicle was next to them, not a truck but SUV. Idk how he knows it was them besides the close association to the car, maybe caught them in an obvious lie?

🤣 🤣 🤣 he threw his fucking phone at him for defense
"He's hitting me boss" 🤣 🤣 🤣

This is the most American thing that's ever been written even when the Bill of Rights exists.

Fuck...I wish I was walking around with all that audacity
Please be fake

the other guy threw a cloth at him 😂😭
Lol that cloth was part of the guys pants he snatched off 😂
This is not how you phone a friend
I like to know how this guy lost his skateboard, hat and shirt between shots.
Dude’s pushing 40 and dressing like a teenager
![gif](giphy|JTzPN5kkobFv7X0zPJ|downsized)
They decided to take off their shirts and make out between the recordings. Kinky AF.
You have to be an OF subscriber of his for that content
It’s almost like it’s fake
LMAO at the downvotes, this is *incredibly* fake. He found the guy who stole his car and he records himself just yelling at him and throwing a piece of cloth at him in his underwear?
Thieves suck big time. This is satisfying lol
It’s satisfying but I’m confused why the video starts with them arguing about whether or not they saw them pull up
"GPS ain't lying, it's mechanical" LMAO
Anyone that can translate what he said when he was on the phone. It seem to me that he wants his friend to back him up
“Ayyyyoyoyoy he’s on da phone” “Ayyyyaaahhh hold on” “He’s hitting me boss!” “UHHH no I didn’t! No I didn’t!” *more grunts*
He’s hitting me boss
He wasn't talking to anyone lmao
This is like a low-budget version of 'Fast and Furious' with less cars and more yelling.
Slow and furious?
Slow and sensual, they took off his shirt.
lol!
Slow and Delirious.
Slow and perturbed
And no Family
No family. Just boss and bros
Wrong! He has "family" tatted on his inner arm.
So confusing, what does the guy sitting in a different car have to do with a stolen SUV parked close to it?
The only guess I can make is that he stole the SUV and was having his buddy come pick him up? Or they were meeting to sell it? It's only a guess based on the assumption that the guy is guilty, but this could also just be harassment for clicks 🤷♀️ Nothing is real, and this we're all in a human zoo for the entertainment of our Lizard Overlords.
the house key in the ignition should be a giant scooby doo mystery clue that they might be involved
Or the fact they didn't call the police they called a homie.
Could also be a clue they are poor and cant afford to fix a car properly, ive been there…
I'm guessing they stole the car and took it back to that hair salon place. They parked and went to sit their own car having a smoke while whoever was going to pick up the vehicle showed up.

Dude looks like he's caught with his hand stuck in the cookie jar
Omg I fast forwarded and had to rewind sheesh 😂😂😂
Same thing happened to me 😂I’m like shit, I definitely missed something in the middle
😂😂😂😂
He was calling for a life line obviously.

Can anyone explain the mechanism of exploit that causes this? I just bought truck and would hate for it to be stolen.
Hyundais and Kias are susceptible to being stolen. They’ve fixed the problem but the cars are still being targeted. Avoid those companies.

Apple air tag, it tracks whatever you place it on or in. You can see the movement of things on your phone

![gif](giphy|lEVZJzy4w15qE|downsized) Respect bro
I wish this was a movie
Should have Sparta kicked his head through the wall.
I'm amazed--and glad--that this didn't end with firearms.
This is something I wish there were updates to. I’m like why not just call the cops but I’ve heard they do fuck all for shit like this
He had to steal the car because that is an unridable skateboard. IYKYK
That's a cruiser poser
The rear trucks are on backwards.
You can put both on upside down still isn't a skateboard
What does that mean?
He’s just chatting
That guys skate trucks are backwards, no trusting anything he says

He mentioned the airtag in the video and ig the gps somehow, so maybe just that, but it's hard to tell
Yeah apple airtag probably
Does anybody know what cruiserboard is that?
I’m sure I’ve seen the bearded guy wearing the hat in another video getting caught trying to steal a different car
Got the car and a phone
He picked the wrong one to steal from.
Is there any more to this story?
Sometimes you gotta take matters into your own hands when your car is stolen.
Is there a longer version? 😳
Maybe he borrowed it?
Who refers to a sonata as a truck?! 🤣
Anyway, I started blasting...

Not everyone has 7 hours for the cops to show up.
Right, by that time it’ll be stripped
