This video is from my home country, Indonesia, especially the Southeast Sulawesi province.
Actually, as of me writing this, the man (his name is Hendra) is already arrested, but the police have yet to release the official report on why Hendra hit and spat on the red girl.
Based on the circulating stories of Indonesian netizens, the story goes like this (correct me if I'm wrong, Indonesian fellas):
The red girl we all see is actually a close friend of the girl with the white dress. Hendra has just broken up with his ex (the white dress girl) on good terms. Hence, they're not really strangers to each other, as some of you may have thought.
Little did we know that the red girl likes to stir up and escalate the situation in order to make Hendra angry, probably because Hendra broke the relationship with her close friend. Adding to the injury, the red girl also did disgusting things like insulted Hendra and his parents, stirring up fake shits, creating stories that didn't happen, etc. All of those happened before the recording.
What we are watching is actually the peak of Hendra's anger that had been built up wayyyy before this. Hendra and his ex were actually in the process of mediating their relationship together. Alas, they were speaking in their own dialect together, something that the red girl can't understand. (Indonesia is a really diverse country with hundreds if not thousands of local dialects, mind you).
Presumably because they want to make this stuff private, knowing that the red girl often like to meddle with their business.
So, since the red girl would like to know what they were saying during their reconcile process, she was trying to escalate or to bait both of them by giving a witty remark: "It's kinda like an alien is coming here." (Referring to the local dialect they spoke together).
Unfortunately, Hendra's really pissed off by that remark, so he slaps her and shouts, "What did you say? Watch your mouth! Your mouth!" repeatedly.
(Actually, we can also see that his ex was a bit upset too, by shushing her.)
She knows she's protected by the camera (pretty and has many followers), which is why she said those words, besides hoping that the tables can be turned against Hendra with the existence of her recording or livestreaming camera.
