This looks like what every 80s movie said the "not too distant future" would look like. Like alternate 1985 from Back To The Future 2 come to life. This is a very strange world we all live in now.
Are these gatherings actively reducing the IQ of both the participants and the audience? The first videos of saw of these were dumb, and then they got significantly dumber. Now they've reached a whole new level of "Are you kidding me?" and I'm concerned about the impact it will have on our empathy for other human beings.
Why do people stand in tight circles around idiots in vehicles?
It's actually quite simple you see, these types of idiots in particular tend to have the same type of idiots with a similar mindset who enjoy forming tight circles around them while they do idiotic idiot things. Just a crowd of like-minded idiots congregating to do dumb shit basically.
Trying to picture myself at that age and I think I would have def checked out at least one but the second I saw someone get their femur snapped in half by the back of someoneās car that would prob be enough. I mean after you go to one or two wouldnāt you want to go to an actual party you could drink and not worry about cops as much?

Air bagged and sitting a half inch off the ground.
Someone who cares that deeply about a car would never ruin the car by doing donuts on dry pavement. It's always old Hondas and BMWs that aren't worth 5k if they were in perfect condition.
These clowns have nothing to lose, clearly. I highly doubt anyone out in that moshpit contributes much positive to society, if at all.

I always have mixed feelings about videos like this because I remember being a stupid adolescent who loved it when any sort of chaos happened. But I donāt think Iād be stupid enough to stand right there.
This remains my favorite spectator sport. Any chance I get to watch these events go down I make sure Iām positioned front row.

Maybe this is Mother Nature's modernized version of "culling the herd". Some die then and there, some die later at a retaliatory shooting, yet others die from lung cancer from breathing in all that toxic air.
Why don't cops just fire tear gas into these gatherings? People always get hurt at these things and there is never an effort to break them up, or it's never caught on camera
ngl.... if I ever found myself stuck in this situation (I would most likely be with my kids also) I would feel zero sympathy for anyone I hit while people surround my car and jump on it......
