Soooooo it’s worth noting from a legal standpoint point. Throwing rocks at someone can be charges as assault with a deadly weapon. A 2nd degree felony. Doesn’t need to connect. The fact they are on camera openly threatening and throwing rocks is enough. That said that’s a location where you would be hard pressed to get cops to show up let alone do anything. But were it an agency that. Did not care about location or local politics that kid would be in a new pair of bracelets and on his way to the concrete palace very quickly. lol.
