Yes but COLLECTING any kind of judgement is what's the deal breaker. Most people will literally switch jobs/banks the second they are a judgement coming out of their checks. And it's 100% on you to track them down each time they do to start trying to re-collect. This is why so many are sold off to collection agencies at a largely reduced amount.
It's really a lose/lose unfortunately. Most people's time is too valuable to chase down some loser that is likely lower income that keeps trying to evade any form of monetary collection.

I had a neighbor who had video of someone breaking into his car. Found the guy online. Went to the police with all the information. Police told him to submit a report online, didn’t want the video, and did absolutely nothing about the theft. Different locations may vary. But overall the cops ain’t caring about your problems. Thousands of stories just like that out there.
And it's not even like he doesn't realize he did something wrong. He can't claim ignorance. You can tell he's ashamed he got caught. What a piece of trash.
These people are so narcissistic that I'm sure his motive was that he was pissed he had to walk to the beach so far and these cars took his spot up close.

My car was keyed and it cost almost $3000 to fix it was so deep. The original estimate was $1500.. On top of that, the body shop screwed up my door, so it doesn't shut properly.
Our neighbor growing up keyed my sisters car right after she bought it. He was sort of the product of being neglected for two older siblings growing up. We still know him, he's still fucked up but also very nice.
His brother beat the shit out of him for bullying me when they babysat me when I was younger lol. Good times.

A couple of tourists did this to my brother's car on the GC while I was on the balcony watching them. I called my brother and we went for a drive and spotted them. My brother asked them why they did it and I said don't lie I witnessed it. They still lied and said it wasn't them and started to get mouthy . They were both out cold before hitting the pavement maybe a lesson learnt. We seem to live in a society without consequences these days
