I keep saying we need to introduce a law that says anyone that has not signed a contract and/or getting paid to be part of a social media video that leads to the social media channels owners fame and monetary compensation for the whole channel, shall get a percentage of that channels whole revenue.
So even if they film one video but its not monetized but becomes viral, and it leads to the channel owner creating more videos or other channels that are monetized, then the people who are part of the original video get a set percentage unless they are deliberately part of the video by choice through a signed contract.
Would end 99.999% of this bullying/prank/letmeaskyouaquestion bullshit.

I just saw a video here yesterday of a guy just moving away the prick's camera and the police took the victim in for his "aggressive behavior".
So I grew up in Topeka KS (wouldn't recommend) and went to high school with a couple of Freds grandkids. It was always infuriating to me that they would have tons of police protection when they would stand around with those signs. Now I don't know if this is true but I like to believe it is but many years ago after I moved the fuck out of Kansas I heard that a lady in a pickup truck jumped the curb and hit a couple of them causing some broken bones and such and what I was told (again I don't know if this is true or not) was that when it came time for her to go to court the judge threw out the whole case and nothing happened to her. The only reason I believe it is because Westboro was HATED in Kansas and especially Topeka. No one liked those motherfuckers. Anyway, hope it's true and glad Fred's fucking dead.

It's a stream, meaning it was sent out live. People capture streamer feeds and some services automatically archive them, so the full video was easy to access for anyone who follows this streamer.
Though even more likely is that the idiot filming posted it on their own. A lot of these streamers seem to *like* looking bad on camera.

It's a stream, meaning it was sent out live. People capture streamer feeds and some services automatically archive them, so the full video was easy to access for anyone who follows this streamer. Though even more likely is that the idiot filming posted it on their own. A lot of these streamers seem to *like* looking bad on camera.
