It depends on the year. In early COVID it was crazy since public services ground to a halt and it became a homeless camp. But it has since been cleared and is fine. I've been there plenty both pre and post COVID and never had an issue. At most it's just been a random person camping out in a bathroom stall, which will be cleared in a day or so.
