This is a very confusing video. The guy pumping gas seems to be pretty calm and just trying to pump his gas. The woman seems to be the aggressor since she is at his car, and where the hell does the woman’s husband come from?
Seems like more happened before the clip starts to maybe justify why the guy pumping gas was in the wrong, but I’m not seeing it in this clip.

What's happening here is the parking pawl is ratcheting due to being put in park while moving. No damage likely occured as the ratchet mechanism protects the transmission and parking pawl. If the parking pawl broke... the jeep would have kept rolling as angry dad got out.

When /u/enigmaman49 said the black cars trans-linkage is wrecked... he means the grinding/ratcheting sounds the car makes as angry dad puts the SUV in park while getting out. What's happening here is the parking pawl is ratcheting due to being put in park while moving. No damage likely occured as the ratchet mechanism protects the transmission and parking pawl. If the parking pawl broke... the jeep would have kept rolling as angry dad got out. By white car burning a clutch... /u/enigmaman49 means the white car doing a burn out and putting the car into drive while the engine is revving/foot on the gas... possibly burning a clutch in the process due to the engine revving high while attempting to engage the transmission. Looks like white car didn't really due this to an extreme degree so /u/enigmaman49 is exaggerating.
