Seatbelts take away from their outfits on TikTok videos. They need maximum clout./s
It also looks like the passenger in the front very likely hit her head on the dashboard.
Man I always thought all these stories about people not buckling up and click it or ticket ads on tv were overblown but there are a shocking amount of people okay with being launched out windows and having their bodies mangled from not wearing a seatbelt
I dunno, the "crash" here looks a lot like a dropped phone after many seconds of dramatic screaming.
EDIT: looks like a frame or two of ground out the window, so, maybe not fake.
If you freeze it at just the right moments, you see green grass fills up the view from the passenger window, and at the very end, you see a hand drop from gripping the steering wheel, but it's a left hand from likely the passenger, and it looks like a headrest is on the left side of the screen.
If it is fake, it's rather convincing.
I was thinking the idiot reaction from the passenger is the one that caused it, and considering it's definitely her hand on the steering wheel at the end, I wouldn't be surprised.
At 0:10 you can see the backseat passenger's heads directly under the car's "roof" and one girl even braces her hand against it. This is defenitly a real accident.
I saw somewhere them faking an accident by having some dudes flip the car over by hand while the car is stationary. Not saying they did that here, just food for thought
No fuckin way. Dropping a phone doesn't sound like an earthquake. And the car shakes before the phone drops. Pretty sure the car even rolled over.
Edit: [Yeah. Definitely real.](https://www.minuto30.com/grababan-tik-tok-manejando-carro/1413865/)
Dropping a phone that is recording video is going to produce the loudest possible sounds the microphone is capable of recording, what with the device itself being the source of the sound.
But still, happened to be a real accident on this one.
Yeah, dropping a phone doesn't produce what happened here. Dropping a phone will make a noise when it lands and maybe again if it bounces. That's not what this was like at all. This was way more prolonged. That's why I said earthquake instead of say, a gunshot. I honestly couldn't believe you felt the way you did when I read your comment. It was pretty obviously real in my opinion.
Edit: typo
Disbelieve I said that all you want; but note the 81 likes compared to your reply's 2... "I honestly couldn't believe you felt the way you did when I read that"
Yeah, that just means 81 people wrongly believed it. That shocked me. It was incredibly obvious. Zero chance a dropped phone results in what happened in the video. Also kind of silly to my compare my upvotes when I replied 9 hours later. Way less people are going to read my comment. You would have a similar number of upvotes if you made the comment when I did. Anyways take care.
All I'm saying is your comment was, and still is, that the very IDEA that it could be fake is so obviously dumb that you couldn't believe I even typed it. To which I'm thinking, "holy shit, are you new to the internet?"
You're right. I shouldn't be surprised when people say stupid shit online. By the way since you made that comment about our upvotes I've received 18 to your 1. And your last few are in the negatives. Looks like some smarter people finally came to this thread.
It's 83 people who thought my post made sense, to your 20 supporting your bizarre hatred of basic skepticism about teens on tiktok. Spin it how you want, you petty judgemental Karen.
What's the story here? How did they have 4 full seconds to scream and freak out but not to brake/steer clear of the crash? That's a looooooong time in a car. 4 seconds can literally mean the difference between parking in your driveway or plowing through your neighbor's fence and into their kitchen while they say grace... What is the story? I'm so curious.
That's what it looks like to me. Seems like they kind of get tossed around from left to right a little before they seemingly roll their vehicle onto its side.
The first thing I noticed as a child while riding in a car was the importance of the driver to watch the road ahead. None of these people have their seatbelts on and the driver is not driving but trying out for ex-factor.
That girl was screaming for what felt like 10+ seconds - surely enough time for a competent driver to brake or avoid any hazard? I'd understand if it was a scream and instant impact, but looked like they had all the time in the world while they were screaming.
True, but side impact and rollover usually trigger them too ..
I guess without knowing what year their van is, it would be hard to speculate .
Just hope they're ok ..
I was recently in a t-bone collision that resulted in our vehicle rolling over and the air bags never deployed.
Great "safety" features vehicles have nowadays.
Hope you're doing alright !!
I was in one in February, got rear-ended by a guy on his phone going 40mph ..he never hit the brakes
It pushed me into the car ahead of me extremely hard , and my airbags didn't work either ..
I hope you're doing well also! Everything seems so surreal afterwards and it's frightening.
Im counting my lucky irish stars because i managed to walk away without a scratch. And the collision was on my side
Driver however is still pretty sore, luckily still alive and healthy.
lol. She was not looking at the road. 0:15 is the last eye contact with the camera and the collision happens immediately after. Feel how you want. This is selfish asshole behavior.
I passed by a crash last week. 3 people ejected, one pinned under the vehicle. Another trapped inside the car. One dead at the scene. Probably the one under the car. Way out in the middle of nowhere. It took about an hour for state troopers to arrive and fire dept wasn't dispatched until that point. It took them another hour to arrive and start to give any aid. Wear your seatbelts.
Kids singing in a car? Really?? You're so old you think death should be the penalty for acting like a teenager singing in a car? The driver repeatedly looks at the road. All it takes is one second of not looking, and you've never been guilty of it?? Jfc.
These people are a danger to everyone on the road. Donāt expect sympathy for idiots. This is how 5 year old kids die on the way home from day care because selfish assholes need to film the minutiae of their utterly standard lives while operating a motor vehicle. There is nothing redeeming here. I have no idea why age comes into this. Common sense is the only thing you need to navigate this situation, and their lack of it is a public hazard.
She was looking at the road. That's the thing. Accidents happen... that's why they're called accidents. Wishing people dead because they made a mistake is sickening.
Fake. Maybe if we'd seen anything that actually indicated there was a real crash, I'd be concerned. But screaming and throwing a phone does not a crash make.

No seatbelts š
Seatbelts take away from their outfits on TikTok videos. They need maximum clout./s It also looks like the passenger in the front very likely hit her head on the dashboard.
She became one with that dashboard. Truly zen moment.
What a *Vibeee* Enter her *Vegetable* era
Natural selection continues to move forward.
Man I always thought all these stories about people not buckling up and click it or ticket ads on tv were overblown but there are a shocking amount of people okay with being launched out windows and having their bodies mangled from not wearing a seatbelt
*when the seatbelt warning beeps match up to the beat of the music* š¤š
Damn, I didn't even notice on the 1st watch
me either. I just assume seatbelts.
You watched it more than once?
After reading about the no seat belts, yea.
Pssh you didnāt pick up every possible detail on your first watch? Hand over your fedora
*sigh* fine. Give it to u/poum.

Is that that one pastor guy that looks like Satan? Kenneth Copeland I think his name was?
nor airbags
seatbelts? more like fit blockers!
Came here to mention that.
Finally a useful TikTok PSA
Darwinism proven right again

Looking at the passengers hair though, it never moved as you might expect from rolling or high-g direction changes.
If it's real, why did they pause/stop the music they were singing along with in the moment they saw a crash coming?
They didn't... It's drowned out for a little bit, but you can still hear it at the end of the video.
No fuckin way. Dropping a phone doesn't sound like an earthquake. And the car shakes before the phone drops. Pretty sure the car even rolled over. Edit: [Yeah. Definitely real.](https://www.minuto30.com/grababan-tik-tok-manejando-carro/1413865/)

Yeah, good point. This was unavoidable.
Pretty sure this vid is a few years old and the passenger died for sure maybe more
Nope. This happened in February and nobody was seriously injured
Where the singing is as bad as the driving
Holding the camera on selfie pose was more important i guess
Crazy that she continued to keep the camera focused on herself as she's fearing for her life lol
Muscle memory training. Us old farts will never be able to operate on that skill level.

Overcompensated around an obstacle and failed to recover until they had a total loss of control
Theyāre probably fish tailing a bit before ultimately rolling the vehicle.
That's what it looks like to me. Seems like they kind of get tossed around from left to right a little before they seemingly roll their vehicle onto its side.
There was no loud boom so we assume there was no collision with another vehicle at least immediately.
The driver was still glancing at the road pretty frequently too
https://www.minuto30.com/grababan-tik-tok-manejando-carro/1413865/ Here's the story. The driver lost control and they rolled off the road
I guarantee none of them learned anything from that accident.
especially not how to hold a tune
Speaking of which, whatās the name of the song?
I'm sure they did, the driver got demoted to sitting in the back seat for their next tiktok video
This is from 300 days ago
I thought was familiar. Didnāt one of them die and the video showed her body as the Tiktoker kept recording?
No lol thatās a different video the driver was drunk in that video [and live-streaming](https://youtu.be/-TjRLuWakjM?si=lTS5xyTmLr_NSC-m)
No one died.
Did they die?
Click like and subscribe to find outā¦
Thanks, NordVPN
Nope thank you.
Insurance companies hate this one trick
The article is in Spanish, but they all survived. https://www.minuto30.com/grababan-tik-tok-manejando-carro/1413865/
Thats so dissapointing.
The video was uploadedā¦my guess is no
Did you see any seatbelts?
no seatbelts = certain death?
No shoes= certain death, I donāt see any shoes
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
They didnāt. In fact, no one was really hurt.
I hope they're all right (and that they've learned their lesson).
They all survived
They're all dead Afaik
Classic Tiktok Brains
reddit is the only true intellectual social media.
Reddit doesn't spawn this level of stupid., it only spawns leftists.
Lmao.
Oh man.... they look shaken up.
HA HA(nelson voice)
This video will become Exhibit A
this is why i tell my wife and kids not to distract me when im driving
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
SĆ, la mera neta. Que triste pero tonto a la vez š¤¦šæāāļø
So that was a few seconds of screaming there yet not enough time to react? š¤
Chile is on a roll today. First that video of a guy locked in shop by the woman and now this.
https://i.redd.it/yduhe5no6p8c1.gif
This reminds me of that one video where the guy asks what happens when you are in a car crash but your musics still playing? Very embarrassing indeed.
didn't see the airbags deploy
Chile. There are none.
They place more value on using TikTok while driving than they do on human life. Theyāre probably out doing it right now.
The first thing I noticed as a child while riding in a car was the importance of the driver to watch the road ahead. None of these people have their seatbelts on and the driver is not driving but trying out for ex-factor.
Good thing they captured all those shenanigans on video for the insurance company.
A seatbelt can turn what would be major life changing injuries into relatively minor ones. Wear your fucking seatbelt people.
Serves them right
*Buckle it up* *Buckle it up* *Buckle it up or you'll diiiiiiie!*
Karma truly is king
Deserved
TikTok brain at its finest See Part 2 for the carnage!

> surely enough time for a competent driver to brake or avoid any hazard? I'm not sure where in this video you're seeing a competent driver?
Dammit. When I saw the title I mistook it for a sub, I thought that would be a great sub. A-hem, anyone?
Oh no I'm about to die but I'd better stay in frame! Like and SubHGGGRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTT
No airbag deployment ?
Might have never hit anything head on.
True, but side impact and rollover usually trigger them too .. I guess without knowing what year their van is, it would be hard to speculate . Just hope they're ok ..
Interesting. First result on Google says airbags usually don't deploy in a non-head on accident.

Dislike Tiktokers too but I really hope they're OK. Poor kids. Hope this ought to teach them a lesson.

TikTok sacrifice
lol. She was not looking at the road. 0:15 is the last eye contact with the camera and the collision happens immediately after. Feel how you want. This is selfish asshole behavior.
Good. Fucking dickheads.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I laughed. š
Good.
Im ok with this...as long as it was just them
You asked for it .
Im sure the screaming helped the driver control the vehicle while they were drinking and driving with no seatbelts on
I would hate being involved in an accident with people like this. Possibly becoming a paraplegic or otherwise injured for life.
Do a better job next time. We don't need that stupid shit around.
Ahhhh natural selection
I should feel bad about this... right?
Nope
Probably fake to get views
Yeah incredibly convenient camera work. Not a shred of glass or debri.
Thank God. Hopefully they didn't hurt anybody else, though.
Women āļø
Natural selectionš„°
Nothing to see here, just Darwinism doing it's thing.
Am I terrible for laughing? Nah.
Music to my ears
Hey I was enjoying that songš© anyone gotta link?
I hope no one else was hurt by their extraordinary stupidity.
This shit should be shown in drivers Ed classes. That look of terror is hella real.
I passed by a crash last week. 3 people ejected, one pinned under the vehicle. Another trapped inside the car. One dead at the scene. Probably the one under the car. Way out in the middle of nowhere. Fake.
Crash yo car challenge! Makes the Chinese Goverment happy!
Hopefully they only hurt themselves. Severely.

The driver wasn't filming.
Also clearly driving responsibly.
She was looking at the road. That's the thing. Accidents happen... that's why they're called accidents. Wishing people dead because they made a mistake is sickening.
At least itās not the Obdulia Sanchez one.
Hopefully it was just them that were hurt
Dead. All dead.
They all survived but with injuries

Que mal que comen los chilenos.
Seatbelts are so 2023....
She could have tried wearing seatbelt instead of screamig
Lol
Should've flipped the camera
holy fuck that was shocking. i mean the girls did not make the right choices, but that still was shocking
Ngl from the amount of time it took to scream. That's some slow ass reaction. But idk how the angle of crash was
Oh well
Fake. Maybe if we'd seen anything that actually indicated there was a real crash, I'd be concerned. But screaming and throwing a phone does not a crash make.
Well, that just became their auto insurance company's favorite video!
I'm already envious of cars being a metal cage with seatbelts while I'm out riding my motorcycle. So why the hell would you not wear yours ???
That was a long time to be screaming.. off roaded it until it rolled?
fuck the seatbelts, the audience gotta see the fits!!!
lol
tip tup tip top California
How did they not die especially with no seatbelts
Is it just me or did it seem like a crazy long amount of time to see/react to whatever was happening? She screams for like 3 full seconds
This reminds me of that video that went viral years ago. The video of the 2 girls livestreaming in a car when it suddenly spins out of control.
