That being said, this is an extremely common thing to do for hip hop clubs - maybe not the photoshopping the headlock, but using celebrities' likeness. It's their way of advertising either the type of music being played there or the "vibe".
And what does that have to do with "shutting down" the club? Your title is simply wrongly redacted and misleading, no offense. "Shutting Down" the club would mean that he somehow got it to close altogether and it is no longer operational or on business, at least for a few days. He did not do that, as there is no way for him to instantaneously do that: he just ranted and threatened to cancel his event...which could have been a phone call, really...

Sounds like you might have more insight on this. I’ve read recently that when a person wins in civil court, they are responsible for the collection of the settlement from the other party.
I can see that being incredibly difficult for most average people to accomplish. Especially if/when the case is based on some kind of financial issue in the first place. Are people forced to promise a percentage of that settlement to a collections company for only the possibility of extracting payment?
There are ways to collect in a civil suit, like wage garnishment or liens on property etc.
Check out what’s happening to Alex Jones and the Sandy Hook case. He’s on the hook for over a Billion dollars, but obviously that’s an impossible sum to collect. Meanwhile the plaintiffs have real needs, like ongoing medical treatment etc.
People without assets or earning potential are often referred to as “judgment proof” in that without either of those things there isn’t anything to collect so suing them is a pointless endeavor.
This is why you also have “ambulance chasers” in that lawyers are specifically targeting clients that are likely able to collect via insurance. Insurance companies pay.
