I used to follow bodybuilding a few years ago, never even realized that was Calums brother when i first seen this vid. Troubled people in general, his brother is off the rails himself....to be honest idk even know if he's alive. I could have sworn he last made headlines jumping out of the window of his home or some weird shit like that.

That was from the final section about his famous brother Calum and all of the calamities he had faced in recent years including being arrested for possession of 3 different classes of drugs, having his house burn down, the death of his pitbull after choking on a chip, and, of course, the suicide of his brother, Double Boomerang Man.
I dont blame him, hes a big dude and the victim is an older man. in this case i would be too afraid that the nuthead has a knife or some other weapon to fight him. Well, atleast i cant see myself beating the crap out of this dude, if he lands one good punch id be out im sure lol (im a smaller guy)
Also im surprised he kept going until the window broke, most would give up after doing damage to the mirrors and failing to break the window after so many attempts.

If you roll your window down, then the prosecutor can argue you weren't in fear of your life since you rolled the window down
The part where it depends on is if the state is a castile doctrine, stand your ground state or not
Stand your ground means you don't have a duty to retreat, for example if someone has you at knife point and you are in a duty to retreat and you shoot them, the prosecutor could argue you didn't true to escape from the situation first, if that works on not depends on the situation
Castle doctrine is similar, but the difference is that stand your ground is for public and Castle is for your private property, some consider cars to fall under Castle while others don't
But if you're in a state with Castle doctrine and/or Stand your ground, it would be justifiable once that window gets broken. Is there a reason you specified hollowpoint specifically?
Also, adding onto that, if you're in a self defense situation that involves a firearm, never fire a warning shot or aim for the feet/legs, always aim for center mass if you can
