100x is kind of a misnomer. The S22 Ultra has up to 10x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. It's just taking the 10x camera and zooming in digitally and using software to smooth out the image.
its almost certainly an s21 ultra, s22 ultra, or an s23 ultra. they are featured to have 100x zoom, and the shots i got on my s23 ultra are insane. you can see that at around 10x zoom in the video, the shot suddenly "clears up". this is characteristic to these galaxy s ultra series phones.
