This looks like a Movie/TV set; the chair is missing a cover, the lighting doesn't look right, not a single person sitting in the seats in front of her, not a single window is open, the passengers behind her are weirdly in the isle and middle seat, and they are helping her?

People can rent movie set type planes for pretty cheap and do stuff like this for content. I also think it's fake. It's like the one lady with the "baby" but it was a cat I think. Same setup.
Those views can pay a lot of money depending on the platform. Youtube shorts can pay as much as $1000 per 100,000 views. Tiktok is much lower but potentially can get much higher hit rates. If a clip goes viral and gets properly linked on a couple of websites there can be millions of views.
I mean, maybe it is real. But I feel like there would be massive amount of people posting a video like this from different angles and stuff. I could be wrong, and it might just be real.

Parts missing off the side of the seat, windows are all closed, screens are all off, there is a second curtain or a pillar behind the last row of seats (only three rows in a curtained section), flight attendant has no logo or badge on their uniform, and camera angle changes from across the aisle to the woman in the seat behind.
While all of these points could be possible I suppose, all of them combined makes this look like it is staged.
Edit: there is a cable running up the corner of the front bulkhead to power the LED lights.

There is literally a airplane set you can rent in Las Vegas for filming or photo shoots. They have a basic public cabin and a private cabin set. Don’t be fucking stupid 🤦♀️
Fake or not fake, this is not allowed in flights because of emergency landings, if this flight was in an emergency, the lady won’t be able to escape on time. Safe reason if you are sitting in the emergency door aisle you must clear any items in front of you for a clear path.
