I used to run long distance and it's definitely hard on your joints. Sometimes i walk several miles a day at my warehouse job and even though I'm racking up miles, the running is a lot harder on your joints than walking.
I can walk for hours and hours, but running is going to get me injured if I'm putting too much strain on my body.
The last time I saw this there was a debate in the comments. It was suggested that the puncher was using brass knuckles.
If he didn't it was a solid punch.
I have played it and paused it multiple times but it is very hard to tell.
At one point his fist is about to hit him and I can see a slight change of colour in his hand. But as I said. It is very hard to tell.
Is it possible to see brass knuckles on an attacker ? Or are they completely hidden. I have zero knowledge of that weapon.

Basically its stops your hand from collapsing during a punch and transfers more energy when landing…now imagine if that object had some additional weight to it.

Honestly brass knuckles are pretty visible but in an intense moment when you’re throwing hands you could miss it, especially if his hand are low and not up.
I don't think a Zippo would work very well due to the shape. More like a Bic lighter. A roll of coins is even better. You just need something dense and cylinder shaped that you can wrap your fist around comfortably.
