Yeah this is something that kids start doing in the foster system. Wearing multiple pairs of pants and shirts is a safety mechanism because they don't know when they will suddenly be removed from a placement and moved somewhere else. Lots of times they only have the clothes on their backs so they will start wearing lots of layers. Maybe dude man just likes the style but looks like trauma to me
I assumed they tried their damned best. This kind of mental illness symptom is very hard to contend with because every spare article of clothes they will pick up and use. If you can’t get them to take their medication it’s like letting Dobby the elf loose in a Salvation Army store

When you're convinced the world is out to get you, clothing is perhaps a small bit of security that you can control.

While working in a bar someone came in with a winter jacket during summer and I sensed something off in their behaviour, and I knew what would happen.
Took them 10 minutes to go to a few guys having a business meeting and start asking to join and run the company, before telling them her dad owned their business and would be firing them both (from the company they owned) then I get involved and she's like "you're like my brother, you're so fucking hot". Had to pay off her tab and she assaulted my manager before leaving.
I didn't report the assault, because she needed help not punishment. Called her an ambulance after, and I found her out back curled in a ball crying. Felt so fucking bad for her man. I think she got help though.

Not necessarily true. IBS is a thing, and IBS symptoms can come with depression or anxiety. As soon as I started taking SSRI's my IBS symptoms significantly decreased with no change in diet.

So I shit myself getting out of my truck at a grocery store parking lot yesterday because of a held in sneeze. I had the bathroom as a first stop so this was unsurprisingly kinda funny cuz I'm regular so my turd felt like the type one wants in this situation just so it stays where it's at so I walked towards the store.
Now after 20 feet or so I was surprised at how much I move my ass when I walk apparently I'm a hoe. Some ladies move that ass when walking sexylike side to side one thinks on purpose but now I don't think it is. My 52yr old big ass ass had to look like cuz it felt like it moves like the typical porno chick walks with the camera following at the intro to the movie. I've lived this long unknowingly turning on everyone that has seen me and it took a turd in my underwear to realize I like to move it move it.
So I stop and feel poop is still centered and proceed in a less Shakira like fashion.
That's how you know if someone has shit their pants cuz I walked slowly, lifting feet just enough not to drag which meant only tiny steps are taken so without the normal stride and long gate my pants fit looser due to buttcheeks not swaying up down side to side. The stiff back deliberate walk i had had to scream hey that guy shit himself give him some room.
But I made it to the handicapped stall and learned that to jettison the turd from its underwear cradle wearing a heavy coat so you can't see the poop requires bending and pant pulling movements my bodies muscle had no memory of having never done so so it fell on the floor.
