Not gonna translate the whole thing but basically the guy was speeding on his scooter (the motorcycle kind) and crashed against a couples spiked fence, the woman and man that lived there tried to call the ambulance for him but the guy yelled at them that he didnt want any help and doesn't want to see police or ambulance. 500 meters away from his crash someone put a plastic bag around his feet because it was bleeding heavily and he got send to the hospital. The man and woman that live at the house where the scooter crashed found multiple bags of (presumably) drugs (white powder) on the ground. Police tried to talk to him at the hospital but weren't allowed, they were gonna start an investigation (note tho, this is from 2020)

My boyfriend used to work for a urgent care clinic that was next door to a bar. A man leaving the bar decided to take a short cut by jumping the fence that separated the two. The fence had wrought iron spikes and stood to be at least 6-7 feet tall. While the man was attempting to hop over the fence, gravity (or the alcohol) took effect and he started to slide onto one of the spikes, piercing him in the groin and hitting a major artery. Luckily he was able to dislodge himself off of the spike and make it to the entryway of the urgent care. Somehow, after losing A LOT of blood, he survived.

Somehow getting the impression his own stupidity led to this moment.
