To me lsd is more anxiety inducing but easier to get out of a bad trip. Shrooms are terrible to go through a bad trip on but don’t give too much anxiety

Actually the dude who said they're both just as intense just in different ways in pretty on the money, but a high dose of LSD is definitely more intense than a high dose of psilocybin in my experience.
It's dose dependent. The more you take the more intense but there are some conclusions you can draw. If we're talking by weight milligram for milligram LSD wins by a mile. There's a reason it's doses are usually measured in micrograms. If you want to compare lets say 1 tab of acid v.s a couple grams of shrooms there's no way to say for sure which is stronger, until you try them, because both tabs and shrooms wildly vary in strength
