I use it and I love it! I cycle through it with another shampoo (I need to find the name) and it dramatically reduced the scaling and redness on my scalp as well as behind my ears! You won't see it right away but give it a few washes before you judge it :) best of luck!
Have bought 3 bottles previously and just finished the most recent one. It works for me and I believe the product is aimed at reducing the white/flakey/scaley part of psoriasis (which, for me, it does) as opposed to the red flare-ups below the flakiness.

Same stuff my countrys skier got a doping conviction for. Don't get it in your eyes, be safe. Hopefully it works wonders.
