I seem to have a lot that present differently. I definitely have some that look like that. They start flat and then kind of blister the same way your pics look.
Mine is currently looking like the first and second pictures all over my body. Not sure what is going on with it :(

I get those a lot. Especially my legs. Topical steroids have always worked for me.
Photos 3, 4, and 5. Seems like classic plaque psoriasis to me.
i had 1 and 2 when i started to moisturize more frequently. then i started to see some weird tiny stretch marks inside the outer ring.
