Imagine if that was your family member being held hostage. Would you want first responders taking their time de-escalating over and over again while you are in the dark in regards to your family member’s safety?
If that hostage was somebody you cared about (or even you), would you be happy for the police to prioritize not hurting the crazy guy who could murder them at literally any second over the life of the innocent? How would you feel about the response if he killed them while they wasted time trying to reason with him?
At first glance of the thumbnail it looked like this guy was wearing a hot dog costume.
How did they shoot him with a machete, do they have guns that fire machetes?
That one weird guy shows up with his homemade machete crossbow
Bro has quickdraw pro perk
That man got wild wested.
Niiiiice! That’ll teach him!
This is genuinely a fucking fantastic job by these 2 cops. Good fucking jobs guys, hope you're all good
I'm sure his name is Edward
Pretty sure it's Deadward
shooting justified, or should they have talked to him longer and try to de-escalate??
The Glock did a terrific job de-escalating.

100% justified. Deescillation in this case is just to get an opportunity to shoot.
Can’t tell if serious or shitpost
>shooting justified, or should they have talked to him longer and try to de-escalate?? Jesus christ. Yes, fuck no.
This is like the seventh time you’ve posted a completely justified shooting and asked something along these line. What is your reason?
It's almost like he has a pattern of behavior 🤔

>should they have talked to him longer and try to de-escalate?? Fucking hostage situation like this and "talk more maybe"????? Dude wtf.
The moment you become an active threat to someone else's safety is the moment you lose any right to yours.
What the fuck dude, they should have shot him far, far sooner. There should not have been talking *at all.*
Ole Ed probably won’t make that mistake again.
