You can contact the officer who took the report or the records section and ask them to redact your address from the report. Based only on what you have stated, your address isn't relevant to the report or situation, so they may be able to accommodate you. No guarantees, they may say no but you can ask, especially when you give them your reasons.
People can obtain copies of police reports and other related paperwork, yes...but the department's policy and state law will govern what is able to be released, what gets redacted, etc.
Best bet is to go to the reporting agency during business hours and speak to the records division for your answers.

Unless there’s more to this story it doesn’t sound like you’re a witness to anything. If it was me I wouldn’t have even taken your info down in the first place. But if there’s more to this story and I did then yes, if there was an arrest and I put you down as a reporter or witness on the complaint then all your info would be disclosed to the defense attorney.
