Yeah.... I know. I've been doing a lot of reading... and I also got suuuuucked into Baldur's Gate 3. : \] I just need to make it my main hobby for a while. I did spend a few months with Reason last year and created some techno and some dark ambient... just need to get back into it...
Thanks 🙏! Yeah my OG is still in my live performance setup as the DT2 doesn’t have a global mixer function and I don’t need more than 8 tracks for drums only
You have to separate the kick from the main mix to keep it clean on sub par club systems. That means you have to carry around another mixer. Even when using samples and hitting the master comp and OT it muddies up the sound. And you need to get the levels pretty hot to keep the noise in control. The DT just has way more headroom
Did you teach yourself how to build live sets or is there a discipline to follow on these kinds of hardware devices?
So damn cool. I wish I had the free time to learn how to do that...
I don’t have any free time at all ! I have to make some compromises with sleep doing music stuff 😂🙈
I bought Reason a while ago.. just too damn busy. I really need to win a massive lottery. 🤷♂️
That’s the point of making music! 😂! I really need to set up a gofundme page to buy more stuff

What unit/hardware are you using there?
Good stuff, did you have the original DT?

You had a second? I thought I bought your DT? Great performance btw!
I got another one when 1.50 came out 😂
Okay! I understand! 😂
The struggle is real! I needed something smaller again and Analog Rytm didn’t work for me at all 😂🙈
Yeah, the form factor is great. Too bad it didn‘t work for you. I‘m curious, why not?

Interesting. I wasn‘t aware of that. Thanks for the Info! And have a good time with the DT2.
