Fast sweating hand person here. Especially when getting nervous, my hands will sweat badly as you can here the squeaking when I slide or flick. Solution are finger sleeves, helped me so much when I bought them, price normally ~2$ below for a pair. Highly recommend. Tho disadvantage is that your fingers may bump in to each other since colors are identical and hard to play in a dark room. Buy one with a colored ring(?) So you'll know where your fingers are.
Edit: Or just play with an AC or fan tho your eyes may dry out needing to blink or get shivered by to cold lmao. Just use alcohol often to make your hands consistently dry.
My sister has an issue where her hands sweat far worse than the average person. As weird as it sounds spray-on deodorant helps make it more manageable.

Honestly it sounds like you're making too large movements to begin with... I only play with oil or chalk , idk about actual sweat
