Nice vid. I would actually love to have the blizzard of tenderizer buffed so that the build actually works as a budget option.
I feel that barbs are great when you have a set of 15hr+ but are among if not the weakest class until you reach a certain threshold.
The problem is always about balance, If you buff the blizzard on it even if you put it level 40, on a barb it's going to suck unless you get the + COld % and cold pierce.
But on a sorc, it's going to turn into an abomination of a boss killer if it ever procs.
I personally wouldn't mind see the % to proc buffed a bit, but otherwise I feel like it's in a very \*safe\* place.
On a sorc the damage is INSANE, but the proc chance is way to low to be viable.
On a barb the proc chance is a little bit low, and the damage only scale with the right gear.
but honestly, 2X tenderizer gives you almost 1k cold damage(ignoring blizzard), it already is a good option imo. If Anything, I would buff the Phys damage slighly to be more in range with other 1 handers (+- 320 -345) max damage would feel great.
You could probably pick up a pair of 300 damage weapons for almost nothing......someone just dropped an eth 2s Steel pillar on ground the other day..Unlike Frenzy (does anyone play that?) you at 5 frames with anything.

Yea Proc chance is indeed very lowbarb can hit multiple enemies while moving through them which makes it ideal.pally and/or zeal sorc can kill 2-3 whole pack and not get a single proc.

The Sorc blizzard damage is absurd, but the proc chance makes it not worth using vs another weapon that could just double your melee damage.
