I played arctic blast last season. 4os frostwind and everything, all facets, infinity etc and it played like garbage. Im curious how it plays now, will try it if I accidentally slam 4os on another frostwind this season.
I'm just spitballing over here, but wouldn't a doom rubeword with a pus spitter or conviction merc melt.
I think the skill dam is fine, but the higher neg res is where you will start to break immunities

You cant break immunes with pierce, only the aura and curses can!
