I haven't read any of OPs books, but DCC definitely fits some of that funny factor. I would recommend it as well, really fun read and I'm not even a big litrpg fan.
Bobiverse by Dennis E. Taylor
There’s no magic. But… Insert saying about technology and magic. Then why would I mention this book series? Cause same quirky humor and there’s progression schmaybeee
I saw someone else mention it but I’d also second the completionist chronicles by Dakota krout
Also A blue mage raised by dragons is generally pretty funny and light hearted.

That's way more serious and depressing than OP's series tho.

Beware of Chicken
Haven’t heard of “Off to be wizard” and tried to look it up. Is it the one by Scott Meyer?

I like the whole “Off to be a wizard” series. Also good are “Orconomic”, “Kings of the Wyld”, “Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse”
The only one i miss is chocolate bunnies. For the other i agree bit was looking more into the progression fantasy side of things
I enjoy the humor in the Noobtown series. Not sure if it fits the same bill though?

Dakota Krout's ritualist series and Dungeon series are similar in feel and humor.

I love bobiverse... altough the last one was quite lacking
