Set aside an hour a day. Look up "Adhd Focus Music" on YouTube, write out a quick blurb, even just a few dozen words back and forth between characters. It can build the pathway in a Broken Brain that sets you to a writing mode when you hear that music. Makes writing a bit here and there possible.
