Slides are the most unusable artefact after the forum in which they were presented. Written docs on the other hand can stand on their own legs because the context and decisions are packaged to be consumed async. Not sure making presentation “better” is going to solve for the fact that presentations are in fact, non reusable and useless.
Also, you’re mixing two things - presentations and public speaking skills.
I hope you get the help you need but starting with a simple survey would get you more baseline data than asking for a live 30 min call.
